Do not use this company- total scam- glasses are cheap quality- case was scratched. Contacted them for a refund ( as no information about how to do a return) 4 times and no response.

Glasses are very good and stylish

Easy to use and order my glasses, prompt delivery, lovely glasses and great value for money.

I have been waiting over a month to receive my glasses, still not delivered even though payment has been taken. I have also tried to contact customer services numerous times with no response. Do not shop here.

Ordered glasses on 26/03/2023, still awaiting delivery after14 days!

I have been waiting over 3 weeks for my glasses and still no feedback when they will be received, I paid the additional fee to have these fast tracked, but nothing. When asking when i will receive I just get there has been a problem with delivery. The customer support has not been giving me updates as to when I should receive. Also with NO telephone no. i can not speak to anybody about this. Some customer service!

Not received my order yet

Txt me to say my glasses have been shipped over a week ago. And when I emailed for a update was told they are still being processed. And not much information in the email back to me

Order 1511916 placed on 16 March 2023:
On18th March, I received a message telling me my order has been shipped - most impressive
On 25th March, a week later than shipment, I received tracking details - worrying: tracking said "with supplier"
On 25th March, I responded to that email to say that Yodel had not received the package
On 27th March, I alerted you that I had been in touch with Yodel, who still had not received my order
Today, their tracking still says "with supplier"

I am unable to phone you; I am unable to livechat with you; you do not respond to emails.

Best 24/7 Customer Support you show on your site - a blatant lie

The glasses themselves were fine when delivered. However, the delivery was later than the stated delivery time; my order disappeared from their website, so I was unable to check it, and when I contacted them about the delay, I recieved no reply. So good glasses, poor service.

Really good quality item that was delivered as promised within the est. timeframe.

Easy to order. Cheap frames which don’t look cheap .
My only criticism is the horrible green plastic case they came in and the length of time they took to arrive. Otherwise they are great

Plastic cheap glasses, came in a cheap box and I ordered blue lense, tried to email to ask for a return but not heard anything back. Won’t be buying again.

Delivery time was poor and not as described. Customer service wasn’t great either.

Fantastic value, I got for £70 a pair of glasses that would have cost me over £200 on the High Street, yes the communication between ordering and delivery could be better but I can't complain about the product or the quality, will definitely use Glasses Hut again 100%

Glasses were cheap which of course made me dubious! But used the credit card and after 3-4 weeks (as stated for prescriptions) the glasses arrived and they are great; they were £40 so nothing special but they’ve done just the job and for the price I’m very happy.
