Glasses Hut Reviews 

Unfortunately the glasses were unfit for purpose due to the frames being very small. This was disappointing especially as we spent ages using virtual try ons.This wouldn’t have been reason for 1 star. However we have now contacted Glasses Hut several times to ask how to return, which is stated clearly that we can do on their website, however we have yet to have any replies or acknowledgment.

There is an error with my prescription. I have emailed but have not had a response.

Update Feb 2023 - Glasses Hut ignored my emails but did eventually respond to my website submission. After some dialogue, they did send the correct item with the correct prescription. Overall, I think there are better companies providing this product.

This was the first time I have used a online to buy glasses I am really pleased with them I had two pairs they are perfect fit great it was easy to do just picked my frames and sent my prescription and that was it

The glasses were very uncomfortable while trying on and I developed a headache shortly.
I filled out the form for return and have not heard back after 2 months!

Customer service has been shocking- trying to get a returns address and keep getting ignored

The lens are exactly right. The frames are very pretty but the bridge doesn't seem quite wide enough to sit comfortably on my nose. I wanted them as an emergency pair in case I damaged my other glasses and for that purpose they are fine.

I'm just pleased to have a nice pair of glasses that cost just a third of my normal 'high street' glasses. I don't have to worry about breaking or losing them so much.

Awful. Everything was just awful. There was no updated on how things were progressing, from sale to dispatch.
And when I finally got the glasses, they were unwearable. Wrong prescription, unable to see through them.
So, I chucked them out. Money down the drain.
I actually found it comical how dreadful they are as a company.

Waited too long and paid for hydrophobic coating but glasses are still foggy

Price is expensive for what you get, my glasses came in a rough looking plastic box with a cut rag to clean them. I have ordered glasses before for a similar price and received better quality items

I have recently purchased some glasses, when I put the order through I paid for it on Apple Pay but didn’t realise the address had changed to my old address. I have tried to contact them a few times to change the address with no reply. The glasses have now been delivered to the incorrect address and I can’t get them back

One pair are excellent, the second are not what was ordered, sent through the info via web site but so far heard nothing back after a week.

Reasonable speed. For a "small" size still quite big. Low quality scratched glasses case.

Did two online chats on the progress of my glasses as when I tried to check online it said I didn’t have an account. I was told on both occasions my glasses had been dispatched, one person told me it could take up to 48hrs to arrive, 2nd person 21 days to arrive. Well a week later I got a text saying they had been dispatched and arrived in 24hrs guaranteed delivery at that.
I don’t like being lied too! As for the quality of the glasses, I got varifocal, never had a problem seeing out of theses lenses before but there is something not quite right with these. Just goes to show, you get what you pay for, never again!
