Glassique Cadeau Reviews

I purchased the Absinthe Pontarlier Bubble Glasses from Glassique Cadeau, and I'm thoroughly impressed with the quality — beautifully crafted and exactly as described. Unfortunately, my original shipment got lost in transit, but Ugne went above and beyond to make things right. As soon as she learned the item was lost, she promptly shipped a replacement without any hassle. Her excellent customer service truly turned a frustrating situation into a great experience. Highly recommend this shop for both their quality products and outstanding support!

I definitely do not recommend this company. They sent me the wrong pair of glasses, and despite contacting them both by email and WhatsApp,I haven’t received any response whatsoever. Looking for a refund or the right mod of glasses that i've chosen.
Very disappointing and unprofessional

We are exceptionally pleased with the glasses we ordered… unique and classy. The customer service is top-tier and will bring us back again and again!

Great product. Responsive company.

What a great product. They are the best gifts, housewarming present. The box is beautiful, the glass wear are so interesting and unique. These are so worth the purchase

Exceptional service second to none. One glass was chipped and without hesitation they sent a full case replacement.

Easy order and quick delivery

Glass set received as expected, beautiful, and as described. Second part of order not received thru no fault of Glassique. They replied promptly when reported and provided appropriate and acceptable resolution. Expect to order again!

The glasses matched the description and look great. The packaging really exceeded my expectations as they arrived in a high quality box that looks fantastic. Adding this to my list of gift options.

This was a gift to my grandson, who enthusiastically endorses your company. The online experience was simple, shipping arrived fast, and the glasses were wonderful.

These glasses are beautiful. The packaging was also gorgeous.

We bought the Schooner sherry glasses. Each easily holds 2 oz and displays the sherry nicely as well as presents its aroma well. The twisted stems are more than stylish since the feature gives a firmer hold.

The Limoncello glasses are beautiful. Everything went smoothly. I'm sure I will make another purchase at some point.

Beautiful! Stunning, even the box it gorgeous!

High quality glassware and very beautiful packaging. Timely shipment and safe

Glasses arrived broken. I would like a refund.

Fast delivery, delivered w care.

First of all...the packaging is absolutely fabulous! The box is a gift in itself!
The glasses are beautiful and the perfect size.
Just wish they were a little bit heavier ...like the gold rim coupe.
Other than that...they're perfect!

Delivery was on time, product was nicely detailed and the packaging was very nice also.

Love my new limoncello glasses! Delivered with perfect packing, both inside and out, with very timely delivery. Thank you!
