Do not buy
Forever to get it on both orders we placed. $800 worth of pans was received and we hate them. Food sticks like crazy. Can't return them. Worst pans ever. Walk, run or sprint but get away from these things. Horrible waste of money.

I ordered a Taima skillet. . . but
I ordered a Taima skillet, and I thought it was delivered a week or 10 days ago. Then today, I got another one. I only ordered one. I wanted to return one of them. I called their customer service number, which was said to be a 24/7 access to customer service. But each time I called an AI voice responded that they couldn't help me "at this time." What time doesn't fall into the 24/7 category, especially since it was only 3:30 p.m. in California when I started calling. This whole experience had been horrendous. All I need to learn now is that the pans are as disappointing to use as they have been to order.

"I am beyond disappointed with this…
"I am beyond disappointed with this purchase. I bought this pan specifically to use less oil and because, as a titanium pan, it was supposed to be a healthier alternative to conventional cookware by avoiding harsh chemicals.
First, the shipping was incredibly slow—it took over a month to arrive. Once it finally got here, I followed the instructions exactly as directed and properly seasoned/prepared the pan before the first use. To my shock, the performance was a total failure. I tried frying two eggs with a thin layer of avocado oil spray, and they stuck completely to the surface. I gave it another chance: I cleaned it, waited for it to reach the proper temperature, and tried again. Same result—everything stuck.
When I contacted the store to request a refund, I was told they don't offer refunds if the product has been used. This is ridiculous—how am I supposed to test or prove a product's quality without actually using it? The seller flat-out refused to return my money.
Do not waste your time or your $200 on this pan. I’ve had to open a dispute with my bank just to get my money back. I highly recommend staying away from this store and this product.

Taima's poor customer service.
I ordered two pans in October 2025. One was delivered in November, the other back ordered. Due to a USPS mistake the second pan was returned to Tiama. Tiama then reshipped it, but this time the USPS claimed it was delivered; however, it wasn't. It may have been delivered to the wrong PO Box, but I never received it. After about 6 months of emails back and forth with their customer service claiming the issue was elevated to management, Tiama finally just said it was delivered and refused to respond further or complete the order.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Their product did not hold up to its claim. I purchased a Taima Pure Titanium Cutting Board Set (3 Piece).
After one use the cutting board had knife grooves and staining all over it. If this board was truly titanium, as they claim, this would not have happened.
I reached out to them to declare a warranty issue, and they not only refused me the warranty, but they would not even accept a return because it had been used. Do not believe their 30 day return guarantee. It is a lie. This is not an honorable, trustworthy company. Do not buy here!
Advertising our store declared that these cutting boards could be cleaned in the dishwasher. Then you receive it and you get the note that they have to be hand washed or they may warp.
Do not fall for their game.

These pans are insanely better than any other pan I've ever owned. Cast iron is close, but these are far better and easier to handle and clean.

Wok is lighter, not easy stick, but needs higher heat in general.
New experience in cooking with this titanium wok pan.
The wok is lighter than same size stainless steel wok. Heat up should be faster, but on my electric stove, I need to set to a higher setting for heating up this wok compare to a stainless steel wok for same size. This may because the heating/contact area on the bottom of this wok on the electric stove is small, and heat dissipate from the wok is fast.
I use a stainless steel spatula in cooking, and the Taima wok get scratched easily.
In cooking, the food is not easy to stick on this Taima wok, and cleaning is easy too.
For this size of wok, it would be great if there is a second helper handle.
On the included lid, the handle knob is installed firmly with a screw and washer. However, the screw is tighten on the washer, and exposes the edge of the washer which is sharp, and that may cut your finger.

This is the only Cutting Board You Will USE
Such a great product to use every time I do anything in the kitchen. I am amazed at the ease of using this cutting board versus the others I have used over the decades. Wood, plastic- yeah I used it a few times till I saw the plastic pieces- then I was done with plastic ones and only used the wood cutting boards I’ve accumulated over the years.
Now, I only use this Perfectly Crafted Taima Cutting Board. It is so easy to clean and then store for my next cooking event that it hardly gets put into the cabinets!
I am thankful that I finally got the right cutting board for my family and for my expensive kitchen knives that now will last much longer than using a wood board.

Just got my Taima 12" pan after about 6…
Just got my Taima 12" pan after about 6 weeks. Outer diameter 11.8 like on the label, useable diameter 11". After 2 weeks of nothing happening of my order I asked for cancellation, Taima refused, said they could not. Walmart, Home Depot, Amazon all cancel orders if product is delayed, so I think Taima was lying. I regret this purchase very much, giving the pan to a friend so I don't have to deal with Taima again or have that regretable purchase in house. Do not recommend.

Scammers that ship inferior products…
Scammers that ship inferior products from China and not California. When my items still haven't been delivered after a week past their published shipping dates they still wont offer any resolution. The shipping doesn't even show it was collected by the shipping company. I received 3 out of 17 pieces and they are not good quality. Run, don't walk away from this train wreck of a Company. You will regret doing business with them.
Update due to response: I have been I. Contact with your customer service for two weeks BEFORE I wrote this review so you’ve had ample opportunity to rectify.

I love the size of the pan and the top…
I love the size of the pan and the top that comes with it. I cook a lot of things in it and it's easy to clean once I'm done. I don't have to worry about residue coming off the pan into my food.
