Candle Jars Review
I worked with glassnow for a couple of years for my candle business. They were always very responsive and very helpful anytime I reached out to them for assistance. I truly wanted to continue using them because I love the shape and size of the calypso jar. It’s exactly what I want in a candle jar. My only issue was that about half of the jars in every single shipment did not pass our quality/safety measures. Almost every jar would have several air bubbles or teeny tiny chips/cracks missing from the body of the jar. Candle jars need to be as strong/sturdy as possible to be able to handle the heat from the flame and to be a safe product. And unfortunately, i did not feel comfortable proceeding with these jars due to the number of air bubbles/cracks I was finding in them :( glassnow was very helpful in exchanging any jars that came obviously cracked/broken. They were very helpful!! But I often was only able to use about half of the jars that i would order because of the number of other defects i was finding during our quality assurance inspections. This seems to be a manufacturing issue, possibly just with how the jars are made. I think we would be a better fit if my product didn’t involve heat/fire. Because I truly did like the company and their jar selection. I will consider using them for other projects that do not include flame.

These jars have been used by many customers for years without any reported issues related to tiny air bubbles affecting candle performance. That said, we completely understand that quality assurance is essential for your business, and we acknowledge that cracked or chipped glass is unacceptable. We appreciate you noting that we’ve honored claims for such damages, as we always strive to provide the best possible product and service.
Additionally, we are continuously working to improve our quality control measures to ensure the highest standards for our glass products. Your feedback is incredibly valuable in this process, and we will share your concerns with our production team to further refine our inspections.

I’ve been using glass now candle…
I’ve been using glass now candle containers for a couple years now. I love this glass for candles, it’s strong and reusable, the prices is great for beginners. Any time I have an issue the employees of Glass Now are attentive and quick with their response. I love that they have recycled glass options. All and all if you’re a candle maker this is the place to use.

Small Business Candle Makers
Working on a small candle making company for my son who is non-verbal and graduating high school. Started an LLC and super excited to get started we found Glassnow (a local company) here in Austin/Manor TX. The team secured our order before a long holiday weekend and made sure that we had what we needed to start producing as quickly as possible. Their selection of vessels was amazing as well as their customer service. Will DEFINITELY be back as they are now our "go to" company for our raw material needs!

Great products, excellent customer service …
After searching all over the internet for pretty glass bottles and jars to package my small-batch cosmetics in, I finally landed on Glassnow. I was thrilled with their wide variety of very attractive bottles, in assorted sizes and colors, at very fair prices and- best of all- available in small enough quantities that a new small business can purchase an assortment of different options. There was a mistake in my shipment, but their customer service team was extremely helpful, and fixed it right away. If I was to make one suggestion, it would be to consider different closure options. I'm very much interested in staying eco-conscious (why I'm choosing glass over plastic), but unfortunately, I'm looking at places like etsy and Amazon for bamboo lotion/serum pumps.

Unforgettable Experience as a first time customer!!
Their customer service is excellent! Brandy worked with me and answered all of my questions. She was so kind in helping me navigate their site and customize my order to fit my needs. Both of my calls felt as if I was talking to a good friend who just so happened to own her own company. I am a start up company so my order was not a large order but she treated me with the dignity and respect of a corporation. I felt like they appreciated my business. My products arrived packaged with care in a timely manner. Their products are thick solid glass. Not the flimsy thin glass that you may find in stores. The colors are just as beautiful in person as they are on line. I will definitely be returning as my company grows. Kudos to Glass Now!!! I so appreciate your service!
