Glawning is a fantastic company. All of their products are really cool, and they add so much additional space to our glamping vehicles. The guests love them. We have the Glawnings up for 6 months of the year, and never have any issues. James & Sarah are great to deal with, and I would highly recommend them to anybody who wants to add a Glawning to their van, and the lovely little log burners too. We have had our first trip away in our Glawning and loved it! So much more space and loved having the wood burning stove in an evening. Excellent customer service too. Timely responses to any queries. We also had a slight issue with the stove upon delivery but this was rectified immediately and another one sent out to us. Fantastic product and fantastic customer service!

Sarah and the team are really helpful answering any queries, and promptly dispatch the items.
Our new Glawning is awesome, our first camping trip last week with it, and we love it. The whole product has been very thoughtfully created.

Purchased our 4m Glawning at the NEC Caravan and Motorhome show this October. James and the team couldn't have been more helpful, happy to answer all questions no matter how obtuse 🙂. Our kit arrived within the timescales quoted, during which time the team at Glawning kept us updated as to the progress. Nice to deal with a company that genuinely cares about it's customers 👍

Love this company. Great product, that is fit for purpose, well made and stylish. Customer Service has been awesome - no one ever gets everything 100% right first time, so its how things are resolved that really matters and Glawning were easy to contact, and swift at resolving the small issue we had. Would highly recommend :)

Great customer service, very helpful and the glawning is excellent. For first time ‘campers’ it was easy to put up, the YouTube videos were a great help too! Roll on spring!

The product was despatched and arrived promptly, however it was damaged and didn't fit. I advised Glawning and sent it back promptly costing me over £6. I received a refund for the product but not for the postage back at first. I texted to enquire when this would be but have not received either a refund or answer. Having sent in an initial trust pilot review James at Glawning read it and came straight back with a refund for my postage. So happy all round and glad to give this update.
