I ordered two the Ozzy “Elf on the Shelf” doll. What I received wasn’t even close to what was pictured in the Instagram Ad or website. I now have two dolls that are worth about $1.25, not the $20 a piece that I paid. I can’t give these as gifts. Stay away from this business.

Absolute rubbish. Purchased the 24 days, John Deere Advent Calendar and did not receive the product as described on their site. Do not waste your money on this crap.

This rating should be a negative number. I ordered the 31 day countdown to Halloween and only received a cheap one with 7 days. Beware! This is a scam and a rip off! Do not order from them!

Ordered the 31 days of Halloween got 7 days of cheap tat Contacted company told them what they did was fraud and threatened trading standards I received the 31 days of Halloween today and while it is still not exactly as advertised it is a lot better so my advice is contact them firmly and you may get some results
Should not have to chase them up in the first place though

they will lie about postage and tracking, then lie to PayPal, then lie again then say things like you bought double the amount and more etc.

Bought a 31 day halloween calander frome here. Got sent a 7 day one. Messaged them. Promised to send me the ordered item. Got nothing and no correspondence. Got a refund from PayPal. Disappointed birthdaygirl. Avoid. Misleading advert, poor service.

Would give a negative star if I could. Ordered the 31 Days of Fright for my daughter as she loves Halloween. Took forever to arrive and when it did it was only 7 Days!! Wasn't expecting much but at least expect what was advertised and ordered. Utter rip-off, avoid at all costs!

Same as the other reviews. I ordered a 31 day Halloween calendar & received a cheap, tiny 7 day one!
I have emailed but based on the previous reviews I’m not holding out any hope.

Ordered 31 Days of Halloween Not 7 days of Halloween for that kind of money this should be classified as FRAUD! A DISCRIPTION THAT CLEARLY STATES 31 DAILY FIGURINES. I swear I better get a freaking refund. I should seriously call my lawyer.

Scammed me before I saw these reviews. I would have saved 40$ if I would have eead these reviews. I didn’t get what was in the picture shown. I some dark 2D pieces of cheaply made plastic.

I was also scammed with the 31 days of Halloween calendar and was sent a 7 day box with cheap plastic 2D figurines. Even though my invoice stated 31 days, they said I had ordered the 7 day. All I can say is Thank You PayPal, they sorted this out very quickly

Utterly disgraceful!!
I ordered and paid for the item that was advertised…a 31 day Halloween countdown with individual Halloween figures behind each door. The cost (including shipping) was quite high, but the item seemed to be good quality. What actually arrived was a very cheap looking seven day Halloween countdown!!! Lord only knows what second rate cr@p will be inside!!
This is absolutely disgusting and shouldn’t be allowed to happen! Yet again, innocent people are being ripped off by these thieves!!
Stay away from this website!!!!!

I ordered a 31 days Halloween advert calendar, it was meant to come with smart figurines. What arrived was a 7 day cheap box with terrible possibly 3d printed tar. I can’t even return for a refund as it ripped when I opened the box. I paid £28! I’m very angry. Only wish I had checked here before purchase.

The product I purchased was half the size they clearly stated it would be. Have sent them a copy of the description. That renders it useless for my requirements. They are ignoring all emails. I want a refund!

I ordered something and what I received was not the same as the picture that I thought I was ordering. They say they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee but they wont respond to emails and there is no number to call. I will not order anything from them again.

I will not make any purchases from this company. I have sent at least 5 emails regarding an order and have heard nothing! There is no phone number to call, no customer service chat etc.
