Global Boutique Reviews

This is my 3rd watched purchased from Ramon within the last yesr. a Bvlgari Octo Finissimo. As usual great service from Ramon and his team. Thanks very much

I initially gave them 4 stars due to me not being able to pay via my credit card as a result of the COVID lockdown restrictions but thinking about this again the service was so good it didn’t sit well with me so I’m now giving them the 5 stars they deserve.
Great communication from Ramon, any questions I’d had he put me at ease with additional pictures of the beautiful timepiece and also kindly put the time (pardon the pun) in for a reassuring phone conversation. It was a smooth and seamless transaction where I’d had my discussions, paid for the watch and it was delivered to me that very same day and all within a matter of hours. They used an excellent courier service and the watch was in the exact superb condition as it had been advertised.
This was an excellent end to end experience and I would not hesitate to use Global Watches in the future.
Thanks for the great watch Ramon.

Cannot rate global watches highly enough. Great price, ridiculously quick service and very responsive. What’s there not to like? Ramon was excellent and got me exactly what I was after and had it in my hand the next day. I would definitely use them again.

No matter what when it comes to watches, global watches has been and always will be by number 1 go to.
Very reliable service and an absolutely great team of people to deal with.
If you are looking for privacy, trust and transparency, oh and let’s not forget an absolutely beautiful timepiece I would tell you like I tell my friends. Head over to global watches. My number 1 in the UK.

This will be my third watch I’ve brought from Global, excellent guys to deal with delivered on time and as described!!!

Highly highly recommend.

Well done Ramond 5*’s

Global watches have been amazing to deal with. I’ve been buying for more than 5 years from Ramon. We made two deals work during COVID and it was all smoothly handled .. super impressed with the service.

Seamless experience with Global Watches and the full team from day 1. Was an absolute pleasure dealing with them, they were hugely accomodating. I had a couple delays on my end and they helped come up with innovative bespoke solutions so we could both manage to get there on the same timeframe. Their selection and the piece I chose was absolutely beautiful - exactly as described even not even better. Delivery/execution took a matter of hours ultimately. Would recommend with absolutely no reservations and look forward to dealing with the team many more times in the future...

I highly recommend global dealt with them on several occasions prompt payment very professional service I will c u soon. 👍

Excellent experience from the start. I have bought a lot of watches from a variety of reputable dealers and this experience vastly surpasses them all. The whole buying process was very efficient, extremely professional and completely transparent from the start, not to mention, highly personalised: a concierge type service. The watch itself was absolutely immaculate and exactly as described, if not better. There were a couple of delays (on my end), however they remained very patient and at no point did I feel any kind of pressure or threat of the deal collapsing. I can’t recommend these guys enough and am not exaggerating in saying this was a true 5* service in every aspect. Thank you Bradley & the rest of the Global team 🙏

I couldn’t recommend global watches enough. I recently purchased Rolex Hulk from here at a very competitive price. Bradley who I dealt with couldn’t have been more helpful.
Will definitely use again.
