SolesWithHeart Reviews

What a wonderful shop. My wife was looking for a special type of shoe called Vionic. The lady that served us was amazing. So helpful; understanding of my wife'needs. Nothing was to much trouble. The service was second to none. A throw back to the good old days. Thank you so much.
Highly recommended.

Fantastic lockdown service!
Messaged yesterday for some shoes for my son, we got some options straight back and then home delivery with fitting support from the doorstep - social distancing fully complied with and reassurance that we have well fitting shoes for tiny feet. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you very much

Excellent lock down service! Theresa called me to get an idea of sizes/ styles and brought various shoes to our house for the children to try on while guiding me as to how they should fit from a safe distance. Great service!

The service in this lovely independent shop is amazing. Teresa is a lovely lady ... I bought a beautiful "red cuckoo" bag. Everything was such a reasonable price and great quality. I won't go anywhere else for my bags and shoes xx

Super fast and efficient service. Great communication re purchase and delivery. Boots exactly as per description. Delight with my purchase.

Buying my lovely trainers from Soles with heart online was very easy and straight forward. I look forward to collecting them on Monday.

Excellent service couldn’t have been any more helpful.

The team are always so helpful and have lots of lovely products in addition to shoes! I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen which is great when shopping with children!

Lovely shop with first class service

Very patient even with extremely difficult customers!! Thank you 😊🙏

Very highly recommend Soles With Heart shoe shop in West Malling. We bought our school shoes 3 weeks ago, son was size 5.5. Today we went back for trainers, they remeasured him, he's now a 6.5. We know he was properly measured before because the shoes were so comfortable and he loved them. Today they were uncomfortable. He's grown 2 sizes in 3 weeks. The staff were absolutely astounded. We took the shoes back in, thankfully not worn yet, and they worked absolute miracles with tricky, narrow feet and a smaller stock at the very end of the holidays, so that he has shoes to start secondary school with on Tuesday. They went above and beyond and I just want to sing their praises for what they did for us today ❤️

Great service as ever, recommendations, lovely shoes, happy child! Stress-free...and a stark contrast to the ‘horror stories’ that other people seem to experience going to the big chain shops...love to support small businesses and we get quality shoes that actually fit my child..it’s a win win...totally worth it!!

Soles with Heart don’t do budget shoes, but they really do know their stuff, and take the time to make sure every shoe fits perfectly. Their customer service is excellent, even on busy days, and on the one occasion (with three children, in several years) that I had a problem with a faulty shoe, it was immediately replaced.

Friendly and knowledgable making the whole experience easy

Great service with the usual excellent knowledge.

So helpful, and friendly

Always love shopping at Soles with Heart; expert fitting advice and never feel pushed to buy anything just because it fits.
