SolesWithHeart Reviews

Very friendly and helpful staff offering relevant advice.
Shopping there is always a pleasant experience.

Excellent service as always, very happy with my son’s new school shoes.

Love this shop! Always greeted with a friendly smile and great customer service.

Always great, personal service and knowledge and good selection of shoes

I found the lady very nice and very knowledgeable. My granddaughter now has shoes that fit perfectly, and will now only go there x

Always brilliant friendly service with fantastic shoes that last forever!

Great experience, 3 small children fitted for trainers and sandals. Thanks!

Popped in after having seen some sandals in the window out of hours. Tried them on and immediately loved. My friend saw a bag that she loved, so we bought both items. Lovely service from the sales adviser too. We're very lucky to have a shoe shop like this in West Malling with such a lovely selection of shoes and bags. This is what makes WM such a niche place to want to visit.

Guaranteed great service, with a smile.

Emergency School shoes needed but Soles with Heart knew exactly what I needed and quickly bought out a choice for us. Painless experience and quickly solved. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

Always a lovely experience shopping here. Came in for a pair of school shoes for my daughter and shoes for my son. He needs supportive shoes and I always have confidence that Michelle and the other girls will fit him correctly. He loves them too (I came downstairs at 7am this morning to find him wearing them!)

Buying new shoes for a 20 month old toddler could have been a stressful experience but the staff at SolesWithHeart are very helpful, relaxed and professional and therefore toddler and grandmother were happy! Thank you.

So friendly and knowledgeable for our little boy's first shoes.

Have used Soles With Heart since I moved to the area 6 years ago and can’t fault anything about them! Every pair of shoes purchased has been fitted perfectly and they will never send you off with a pair that don’t fit every part of the child’s foot correctly. Michelle, Connie and the rest of the lovely ladies never make you feel pressured or rushed and give you all the time needed to find the right pair - even when you go in with three young children on a very busy Saturday!

Beautiful shoes, great choice in a lovely shop! 😀

Always get my sons shoes here. Not only do they have great shoes but also great service. If size is not in stock they will order.
My son hates shopping but when getting his shoes we are in and out quickly!

Fantastic service! Ordered, dispatched and arrived, all with ease and very quickly!

Popped in with the kids to get their feet measured and new shoes for summer/school. Nothing was too much trouble and we weren't rushed. Been going to Soles With Heart for a while for their excellent service and quality shoes. I also got measured and found I was wearing 1/2 size too small!

I was absolutely thrilled with the backpack that I recently puchased and the lady was really helpful. I'm sure that I will be returning very soon as I have a passion for good quality shoes and bags.
