I am very pleased with the service, although at first there were some unpleasant moments, our business bus was replaced with a budget one, it was unexpected and extremely unpleasant. However, we were able to come to an agreement and, as a result, our entire stay in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia was successful. They were very attentive to us, accompanied us every day, adjusted the schedule, and took into account all our wishes. This was our first experience with this company and we are sincerely grateful 🙏 We travel a lot and now we can trust this company 100% and not be afraid for our transfer. I recommend.

We recently rented a Mercedes Sprinter van on 28 Aug from Trust Pilot agent name is Usman Alee, and I must say it was a great experience. The van was in great condition and had comfortable seating for our group. Usman Alee is very professional and friendly, which made the process quick and easy. Communication throughout was excellent, and I would highly recommend Usman Alee to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable for this service.

So, we were totally screwed when someone bailed on us at the last minute. But thank goodness we stumbled upon Globalbusrental! They totally saved the day and made our trip happen. Mr. Usman hooked us up with exactly what we needed and our driver was super cool and chill. We even ended up delaying our return journey by a couple hours, but Usman was on top of it and made sure everything was taken care of. We seriously can't thank them enough and will definitely be booking with them again. Highly recommend these guys!

We booked with this company to go to Creamfields & back.. Usman the sales rep was really lovely & very helpful! Coach driver on the way there were really nice but one on the way back was a little mardy due to us being quite muddy because of the weather which of course this couldn’t be helped but other than that the journey there & back was fine. Would use this company again & would recommend to others.

Globalbusrental.com is a joke of a company. Me and my friends were going to a festival for the weekend and had a confirmed booking for an 8seater car to take us there and back. On the morning of the festival a 5 seater arrived without any warning or explanation. Once I spoke with them they agreed to reimburse me for the extra cab needed, I bought the other cab and expected paying as I had all this saved on a WhatsApp chat. The price of the cab was 130 pounds and from the get go the agent I was dealing with told me it would be in right away . He lied and delayed every day until afew days after the festival said he wouldn’t pay me as we left the cab waiting half an hour on the return journey. I said how irrelevant this was as there mistake on the way here cost us atleast an hour and a half making us late for the festival. We then argued and I managed to get it so that I would get a 60 pound refund, this wasn’t ideal but I could tell from the service I was getting that it was the best I could hope for. I gave my details over and then was blanked for the next few days and my calls seemed to be blocked. They only replied again once I posted a bad review about them. They phoned me up saying the payment wouldn’t be in the next day as long as I took down the review . It’s been a week now and still nothing , the agent I’m dealing with is constantly lying to me saying tomorrow etc and I highly recommend that everyone stay away from this service!!!!!!!

We used the company for travelling with a group from Edinburgh to Shrewsbury. Our representative Mr Usman ALee was very efficient and responded to all queries quickly. The journey was comfortable. The coach was clean and had toilet facilities available. Highly recommend.

I have been arranging the transport service for my fellow mates coming from Bhutan to York. Till date I have used airport to York transfer for around 2 groups and the feedback from my fellow mates very delighting. The told me driver are good and experienced one. So as an organizer I found your staff who I have beening contacting very polite and smart with customer oriented being a service provider. The drive down from Scotland to Shrewsbury, England was of course very long but also very enjoyable! Our drivers were lovely and Mr Usman (our representative) was very efficient, responding to any questions very quickly. Would highly recommend

We travelled from Edinburgh to Shrewsberry the journey although long was pleasant, the coach was nice and clean and had a toilet facility.. Mr Usman ALee was excellent in handling our group travel arrangements. He responded to every query quickly and efficiently. Would recommend.

The journey was from Edinburgh to Shrewsbury and back, which obviously was a long ride but to our surprise, turned into a very enjoyable experience. We were all comfortably seated and the driver was friendly. The bus had toilet facility and everyone of us was happy throughout the entire ride. The representative was Mr. Usman who responded to our queries efficiently.
Overall a very pleasant experience. Definitely would recommend to others.
