I have used Global parts Limited for many years and I have never had any problems with them. The parts are always delivered on the day that they say and it is always the correct part for my car because they go above and beyond to make sure that it will fit my 2012 three series BMW. I recently purchased a door lock for my car. I fitted it and it is now working perfectly. I cannot recommend this company enough. I strongly advise you to use this company for all of the past for your Cars first class service keep up the brilliant work.

The price was excellent at least 50% cheaper that purchasing new, but the delivery service was the best, received the next day that allowed me to fit earlier. Excellent service and excellent price.

Ordered a headlight. They sent a left hand drive one. Im from Ireland we drive on the right. I explained the situation. They told me to return it and they'd give me a refund. I returned it through registered post. There was nobody there to receive it twice. So refused to give me a refund. It eventually was delivered which I had a receipt and proof of. Yet then didnt or wouldn't answer my request on ebay for a refund. So id stay away from this company. No need for how they have behaved. They had my VIN number so knew wat car I drove and where I lived. So should have known I needed a headlight wired for a right hand drive bmw. I sent it back at my own expense. Have proof of delivery, yet they still refuse to give me a refund. Shocking conduct from a company. Buy from a company with better standards.
