Prompt delivery, perfect item, securely packaged.Excellent service

Called up, agreed price for the part, drove in, paid for part, waited 30 minutes for part then to be told they had lost it! Got refund but total waste of my time and petrol and reflection on this company's lack of efficiency and reliability. Also very difficult to park - had to move my car for them while waiting. Looking at reviews this is very much a marmite company - either 1 star or 5 star reviews. Not a good sign, especially as this is a Polish owned company and many 5 star reviews are Polish names.

UPDATE I left this review in Feb 2025, it has taken GLOBAL PARTS LIMITED 13 months to respond to it (and with a generic response). I think that tells you all you need to know about this company.

I bought a rear light replacement for my X3 from eBay from this company. Advert said it would work as it should and all pictures were accurate, but upon fitting to my car a couple of months later a vital part was not present inside that allowed the running lights to work. This omission of the part was not visible from any pictures or description. Now they will not consider any form of refund as its outside the 60 day warranty. Over £100 wasted. The item was not as described at the point of sale and not fit for purpose.

Brought a bmw x3 seat .quick delivery. But the electrics under neith where not the same .they don't show you a photo of the under neith. When it comes to sending it back they don't give a s..t .they say you have to pay return cost but get no help with sending it back .don't trust this company I've now got to do a charge back to get my money so avoid avoid this company

I cannot fault the service I received from GlobalParts UK. I have two parts for my Mercedes SLK, a centre console with glovebox and trim for Vario-roof controls. The price advertised was significantly cheaper than other parts suppliers and they were in stock. I placed my order and they arrived the next day. The parts were incredibly well packaged to ensure safe delivery and they were in fantastic condition with very few signs of use or the removal process.
I won't hesitate to buy again from and recommend GlobalParts Express. Thank you.
