I was charged 2 month after they said my renewal date was, said I was unable to get my money back. Now I can't even log in my account is deactivated. Called several times, I was told someone would call me back to helpe log back in nope not as of yet. Then was told I'll get $100 off hotel stay still nothing. I will not be renewing my membership next at all.

Terrible in Paying Commission, had to call in 10 times to get people move there BEHIND, and to talk to someone i had to hold for hours sometimes, very bad service, i just stopped referring people to GTI. One person tells you something and the other person you talk to has no clue, so I am very disappointed in customer service and the dragging out of things, such as paying my commission.

I'm not happy with the membership i got and have had to jump thur hoops to get information and learn the website! and there have been no discounted fares at all for me to continue paying the amount each year for this service!

I have been a travel associate for a few years and love the website, very user friendly and you can make profit.

I have been with Global for two years now and I find Global to be efficient
and spontaneous in the handling of my request.

I would give zero stars if I could. I had a horrible experience with this service. I expressed that at te time and they were unsympathetic and even less helpful. As a result I never used their service again. Since then I have been bombarded with unwanted phone calls and emails. I have asked countless time to be removed from the contact list yet today I was sent an email asking for a review. So to summarize GTI it is a horrible service, their customer service is worse than Comcast, and they are an overall nuisance

I am one of the agents I have called 4 to 5 times to try to get the website fixed so I can use it to book reservations for customers and they've never fixed it and they don't return my calls!!!

I never received a card or a number after making a payment. Threw money away.

Prices are not very comparable to other places.

I never get replies to emails I send with issues, and when I call with an issue, it takes forever for someone to respond. Very dissatisfied with the customer service. Also very displeased with how long it takes to get commissions paid. It seems to drag out for 6+ months, and then I'm told if I cancel my membership I will forfeit any unpaid commissions, regardless of how long ago they were earned. Then I keep getting offers to upgrade the membership for more money - it seems like a scam at this point. The hotels on the website tend to be ones I've never heard of and I can usually get better rates on my own by going directly to the hotel or through a different booking website.

Worst customer service and hold tIme ever. My website was suspended and explain why just that it was cancelled before I actually cxl my memebership. I CALLED LEFT NUMEROUS message and no return calls. Will NEVER REFER anybody to this company to work or purchase from

I was looking for a way to make money on the side and I was able to do that with Global Travel. I also get really cheap deals on hotels and cruises. Since I travel for my main job it really works out. I have recommended this to a lot of people and I earned money from the people I referred.

They pick up the calls right away when they want a sale.
Customer service is very poor.
Increase membership fees 100% the following year and when i wanted to cancel, they ignored me and charged my card anyway, Even after speaking to a rep and sending emails......it is ridiculous.
I will not recomnend this to a friend.

I called to activate my card and was on hold for 15 minutes and I gave up, just to activate the card? ridiculous.

this company is the worst, never can get a reservation, iata number does not show up at major hotels, Hiatt Regency ets, no one Ever Calls u back, what else do you need to know!

Upon sign up, they promised a 3day 2-night stay certificate. After 3 calls to the customer service line and year later, i am still waiting on the certificate.

I signed up for the renewal after one year promo for $99. Well for the one year promo plus the $99 membership/yr, as of today (2years in) I have NOT been able to get into my account to schedule any vacations for me, my family or friends. I have tried multiple times to call or email to have this corrected and nothing has changed. I asked for a refund over 2mos ago and have yet to hear back from them!!! NEVER again and will also share this with everybody I know!!!
