We are a family of 10 and just returned from our Umrah and Madinah ziyarat. Everything was extremely smooth and throughout the journey Ahmed kept checking in with us to ensure everything was going well. He stayed up late when we landed to ensure we don't encounter any issues at arrival. He kept communicating with our transport manager and kept us updated. At all points Ahmed was very accessible and extremely helpful. May Allah SWT bless him for making our trip so smooth and memorable!

An absolute fantastic service as always, this is the second time I have used Glorious tours. Ahmad as always has been a pleasure to deal with. He takes his time to take care of the finer details to make the umrah as smooth as possible.
Transportation was absolutely excellent with fantastic customer service and care. They were punctual and Ahmad and team where always available if required.

I have booked Umrah package, Ahmad bhai was the person who served me and built my package. He is such a nice person and fantastic organiser, the package he offered was brilliant, from visa to hotels and all travel in between airports hotels between makkah and Madina everything was amazingly managed, not a single issue through out my whole trip, beautiful services, fast response.
Now i even book my tickets to pakistan or anywhere i have to travel through him, never disappointed.
Have to say if Mr Ahmed is serving, you gonna have a beautiful experiance.

I am now 69 years old and in my lifetime I have used a lot of agents for Umrah Packages
Ahmed and his team went over and beyond their responsibility to help me and my Family
Besides the fact that they made excellent arrangement for our trip for Umrah From the hotels to the transfers from one city to the other and also for the Ziarat and airport drop off and pick up
One of their team member was always there to make out lives better
I unfortunately had a Stroke in Medina on Friday the 15/11/24 at 12pm just when the Jumma Salah was about to begin
I was rushed to the Hospital For treatment
Once Ahmed Tours found out about my incident That's when they really excelled and showed their commitment to customer care They send an agent to the hospital that I was in and informed my wife and daughter that they were their to help with our needs
I cannot thank them enough for all the help and support they provided to my family and I

Brother Ahmed has provided exceptional service for our family. He has gone above and beyond with the 5* Umrah package. MashAllah the whole trip was organised seamlessly, smoothly and to perfection 👌.

At Jeddah Airport we were welcomed by the driver who took us straight into the hotel where an agent was standing at the entrance with the bell boy! Already checked in for us and took our luggage straight to the full view Kabah room! VIP service for sure!

All transportation was very comfortable. The driver's were very welcoming and supportive, very knowledgeable as well explaining the history of the land during the Ziyarat & long drive from Makkah to Medinah - Very informative!

The trip in Medinah was just as comfortable - no issues Alhamdulillah.

Brother Ahmed even kindly gifted us with ajwa dates and dinner 🙂. The communication was constant and he was easy to reach at all times.
