I received the bag and wallet damaged
I received the bag and wallet on 12/9/2025. Upon opening I noticed the bag had been damaged during shipping. I reached out to customer support in which they responded and I sent them pictures to show the damage. They responded back and asked what I wanted to do and I said a replacement bag should be sent since I paid extra for the shipping insurance. I was told they would send the tracking info once it had shipped. I never received and more info and they haven’t responded to any of emails from that point forward. The bag and wallet is a beautiful piece of work and truly hate to give a negative review. Hopefully they reach out and make this right, if so I will update my review to note otherwise.
