Glow Green made my life hell after recently employing them to install my solar panels and battery installation.
The project run for over 3 months, at which time I had erected scaffolding around the 2 accessible parts of my home. The panels were on and off two times before they were properly installed by 2 different installers. 2 different electricians to install and connect battery installation. Final straw, when I employed Glow Green they undertook to make the DNO (G99) application to the energy supplier (SSEN) and receive permission for the install., to be made at my home. The installation was completed 04/03/26 but I could not get payment for exported surplus energy without a copy of G99 approval. I had made many enquiries to Glow Green regarding this matter to be told all was taken care of.
I called SSEN on 24/04/26 to be informed that NO application had been received from Glow Green.
I am totally hacked off by every thing that happened, as the above is a brief summary of actual happenings, which guarantee is a brief and honest account, statement.

We agreed a price for the job was tolld a start date We paid a Depoosit of £4650.00. Two days before the start date told of a delay because of an employee hade left the companyand I was told they would ring me at the end of the week. Now all phone calls text letters and emails are Ignored.
I suspect the company have gone BUST!!
Now have to try to get my money back for them.

This company is very hard to do business with. Despite a fancy web site and a charming sounding voice on the phone, when they ring you, they do not respond to my emails, nor return my calls, or WhatsApp messages or calls or texts.
