The product I ordered (prequel gleanser) which I’ve bought and used since coming back from the US now it’s ran out I thought I’d repurchase as I enjoyed it however everything about it was different instead of clear it came out yellowish and the texture experience and use did not meet my expectations this feeels as if I’m using a whole different product

We're sorry to hear this. If you had contacted us directly we would have been able to look into this and arrange a replacement straight away.
All of our Prequel products are sourced from the brand and are 100% authentic. The cleanser itself should be clear. If it appeared yellow when dispensed, this can occasionally occur if the internal metal spring inside the pump begins to oxidise over time, which can affect both the colour and the texture when the product is dispensed.
This is a packaging issue rather than a problem with the formula itself, and we would have been very happy to resolve it for you. Please contact us at hello@glowtrend.co.uk so we can investigate and arrange a replacement or refund if needed.

Excessive customs and duties/ unclear pricing
I ordered a lip product (Prequel lip visor) from this site recently as I couldn't find any stockists of the product in Italy. The RRP of the product is 14USD, or about €11.50. On the site, it was listed as €21.95, but I thought fine, they are the only EU stockists and I really wanted to try it. The delivery charge to Italy was €10,95. Naturally, I looked for some other products I might like to try to justify the cost but in the end, just ordered that one item. Then when it arrived, I was charged an additional €10,19 (!!!) by the courier in customs and duties to receive the package as they were not covered in their already inflated pricing. In total I paid €43 for this one product. Very disappointing experience overall and I wanted to warn anyone thinking of shopping this site from EU countries.

These terms are accepted at checkout prior to payment. For this reason, the statement that our pricing is unclear is factually untrue.
Our pricing reflects the cost of sourcing authentic products, importing them into the UK, storage, handling, staffing, operational overheads, and payment processing fees. Customers are always free to decide whether the total cost is suitable for them before placing an order.
While we understand your frustration, customs charges are not hidden, inflated, or within our control, and are a standard requirement when shipping from the UK to EU destinations.

Good selection but always out of stock!
Love the shop selection and the shipping is very fast. The only reason I’m giving 3 starts is because the products are constantly out of stock and when they get back in stock you have to buy them straight away.. but when you want several products is annoying cause you end up doing so many purchases and paying the delivery every time.. to buy all the products I wanted in the past 2 months I did around 8 or 9 purchases which is a lot! Sometimes 2 in the same week…

Finally somewhere that sells Prequel!
I was dying to try the Prequel gleanser for ages but I couldn't find anywhere that stocked it (Im in Ireland) I stumbled across Glow trend and ordered. Shipping was extremely fast! I did have to pay import taxes but it'll last me a long time so I consider an investment lol. Product was perfect. Love it. I've just ordered the Prequel half n half moisturiser. Looking forward to trying that. Delighted I've come across this website!

I bought the eadem lip balm and they dispatched the item on the same day and the delivery was very fast, I received the item three days later. The product also arrived in perfect condition and I was very happy to find it on their site as I was having difficulty finding it in the UK
