While it took a while to get the product delivered (and they did do the pre-shipment status thing that was confusing), along the way, I had constant and quick communication with a customer service representative (Kate). She put my mind at ease and gave me accurate expectations of when I should receive my product.
I received my product today and it is great.

Took a little while for my item to get shipped because of the epidemic but the customer service was outstanding throughout all of this

After weeks of waiting, my order finally arrived. Probably only because I had requested a charge back on my credit card, which now I am going to further waste my time to have the cc company cancel that.
Same story as everyone else. Multiple attempts were made to contact about my order, no reply.
The problem here is not the covid delay. The problem is that they advertised the product as in stock, and it was not. I would have never ordered it, just like I had passed up the other companies with out of stock product. Then the continued poor customer service, on top of their greed makes this a bad company to do business with.

The product itself is ok. Its packaged nicely, the smell is a bit earthy and I dont care for it, but it is what it is.

Would not buy again.

In a world that is short of hand sanitizer I was able to secure enough to last for a while. From start to finish it took a few weeks, but definitely worth it! Thanks again to GLOWYY for providing us a much needed essential in a time like this. I will order again if necessary.

I ordered 2 small bottles of hand sanitizer from them, with a small measure of anxiety... but their communications are really good and prompt and the items arrived more or less on time, so thumbs up from me!

same as the other customers, I ordered and no purchased confirmation , no communication at all. At one point I needed to change my delivery address and I called many times, texted on the live chat ...and nothing.Even I called to my bank to canceled
and dispute the charges ( above $450). And then out the blue they sent the orders to the address where I didn't live anymore, and stayed guarding the postman, to receive my boxes. Glowyy needs a Better Customer Service !! , no excuse for the C-19, other companies did it excellent, it just management. Thanks, I might buy again ?

My order took like a months to come in but customer was very effective with responding to my concerns. Considering to pandemic it’s reasonable time to receive my products.

They are truly the best place to buy hand sanitizer! I couldn't find hand sanitizer anywhere else and was freaked out. Thankfully they have it and it's even 75% isopropyl alcohol which is higher than the CDC requirement. It made me feel very safe during this pandemic. The pricing is very reasonable as well. I didn't want to pay 100$ per bottle for my hand sanitizer so I chose them and I was surprised that the price is quite affordable. I bought both their smaller size and bigger size so I can use it outdoor and indoor. Recommend : )

yes it took a month but at this time it was expected my only complaint was I did not order more because the gel smells great very happy with product will order again

Deceptive business practices! Do NOT buy from them. Ordered sanitizer on March 28th and still have not received the order after repeated promises of delivery. Here is their scam: The website will promise a delivery within a few days or a week. They will then generate a UPS label to make you think the order is in the mail but the reality is there is no package. You will then wait for weeks until you will then have to contact the customer service multiple times. You will finally get a reply that gives another false delivery date - in my case it was April 24. You will demand a refund but they will say they can’t refund your money because it is in “preshipment” status which is yet another made up status. Then you will wait again and try multiple times to reach the customer service rep who will just repeat the above and promise. SCAM!!!! This company will take the money when they don’t have a product to sell. I am reporting their conduct to the Attorney General for unfair and deceptive trade practices.

You can do business with this company and have no worries. I had an issue with my 1st. Order being damaged in the mail during delivery. Glowyy replaced the entire order, No questions asked. They apologized and replaced the entire order. I haven't seen such great customer service in years. Their products are wonderful and I'd recommend them highly. Shop with NO worries.

I ordered 4 Dr. J's Hand Sanitizers from Glowyy on Apr 16th before I read any reviews of the site. To be honest, after reading these reviews, I thought I basically just threw away my money. However, the arrived today (May 4th) and it's all there.

I'm sure some people had some issues, but I would not categorize this site as a scam site. This is a legitimate site and you shouldn't avoid it.

The only reason I don't it a 5 star is because I almost never give anything a 5 star unless they are above and beyond expectation. Glowyy.com met my expectation of an online site, timely delivery based on the information on their site saying when they would ship and so earn 4 stars.

I ordered hand sanitizer from them, because they were one of the few stores that said they had them in stock. While the original ship date was not met, e-mails sent to support were promptly replied to detailing an explanation on why there was a delay. The hand sanitizer arrived and works great (and was really needed). I would recommend them to anyone needed products they sell. Thank you!

5 stars because they were so responsive! I never felt like they didn't care about my satisfaction as a customer. I discovered them due to Covid-19 and i will use them as my supplier for sanitizer from now on!

Glowyy is the best went it comes to ordering from them. They live up to their expectations when it comes to their products. the customer service replies promptly to the emails if you have a question. They are top notch in my book

I ordered masks and hand sanitizer from them, because they were one of the few stores that said they had them in stock in mid-April. At the time, they did not give a firm shipping date, but the web site seemed to indicate they would ship around April 25. The order ended up shipping a few days late, but it did arrive in early May. The masks and hand sanitizer are great. I wish they were more clear about their shipping times. I think they have just been overwhelmed with demand and trying to get new products out. I saw other reviews saying that items never arrived. My experience was that they arrived a little later than I expected. I also did reach out to customer service about the shipping time, and I did receive prompt responses.

I ordered some hand sanitizer and then after doing some more research on Trustpilot and DNS lookup I got worried. There were some delays in the order, but this is kind of understandable right now. The support team was VERY responsive though, and my hand sanitizer did eventually come. Tried it out and it seems fine. I would order again if I needed more.

Also, while Glowyy itself is very new, the parent company QYK Brands LLC is a little older (~3 years vs 6 months for Glowyy).

Just received my order today . I waited about 2 weeks and it was totally worth it. I ordered from 3 different companies and I waited for all of them. Dr j was the absolute best ! The others smelled like gasoline or paint thinner . Dr j had a beautiful , clean, fresh, faint, and dare I say?, sexy smell . So waiting is our new life today, but knowing you’re going to love product makes it a lot less stressful . Remember mother’s day is coming ! I for one would love more as a gift.

I placed 2 orders for hand sanitizers- one for my parents and one for my office. It took a few days longer, but I expected that with a pandemic. I emailed about shipping and they promptly responded and offered a refund. Received both orders and they are great!

Horrible company with terrible communication and false delivery times. I ordered over priced hand sanitizer that was supposed to ship within 5 business days. Within a week of ordering I was told a shipping label had been printed. A week after finally giving up, the product arrived 47 days later. This was more than a week after I cancelled the order. They ignored my last four emails.
