Le livreur a laissé pour paquet sur une petite table sur la galerie. Le paquet était très visible de la rue ainsi que de la piste cyclable. Il n'a pas sonné pour m'avertir. Par chance, j'ai vu le camion en avant de ma maison et je suis sortie tout de suite. Le paquet était assez gros et j'ai demandé au livreur si c'était pesant, sa réponse a été vraiment ridicule: ''Je ne sais pas''. Moi je ne sais pas comment il a fait pour le débarquer du camion et le transporter sans utiliser ses mains.
Ce n'est pas la première fois que j'ai des mauvaises expériences avec eux et même après avoir appelé, le problème ne se règle pas.
Je commande régulièrement et c'est la seule compagnie qui se foute carrément des clients.

Entreprise déplorable !!
Pour récupérer un colis, on m'annonce aujourd'hui même entre 8h et 18h ou alors lundi prochain mêmes horaires !!
Communication néante.
Comment peut-on utiliser et soutenir se genre d'entreprise qui se fiche complètement de ses clients !!

Whay type of company don't give delivery ETA . They so unprofessional avoid any business using them. They manipulate the tracking information and forge signatures.

GLS called once, call was dropped during the conversation, then left a "tried to deliver" notice on my apartment building door . Didn't have my name or suite number so if I didn't have a gut feeling the notification was for me, the product would have been returned. The woman I talked to was very nice. She said there had been 2 attempts to deliver, hhhmm, I only received one phone call. I had to go across town to pick up my parcel. No number on the office building they were working out of though apparently they've been there for 3 yrs.
I hope I don't have to deal with this company again.

Sent a parcel worth $900.00 from Montreal to Kingston Ontario with signature at arrival and the parcel was delivered to the wrong address.
Called GLS numerous times to find out were the parcel was and a supervisor was supposed to get back to me within 48 hours and never did.
Worst of all I found out that the parcel was dropped off a block away and the driver of GLS signed for it and left it at the reception of that building.
Also was told that that driver returned to try and recover the parcel and no one claimed they had received it.
This is the most incompetent delivery company I ever dealt with.

Pire cie de livraison, a chaque fois j’ai une livraison avec eux toujours des complications pour avoir mon colis, quand j’appelle là bas me fais transférer département je sais pas combien fois, livreur qui dit avoir laissé laisser papier pour dire où aller chercher mon colis, rien laisser même pas sonner chez moi ni même téléphoné, après ça faut je fasse je sais pas combien appelle pour savoir où est mon colis.

GLS es la pire compagnie de livraison les commande rentre jamais au date promise et quand on appel le service a clientèle il te racroche au nez parce que tu leur dit qui sont une mauvaise compagnie vrai compagnie de broche a foin

Terrible company. Unable to deliver a simple package. Will never purchase from any company that uses gls as shipping. Because i want my package to arrive

Que s'est-il passé dans la nuit où DICOM est devenu GLS? Il semble qu'une grande partie de la compétence a foutu le camp on ne sait trop où!
GLS me promet que mon colis sera livré demain, mais on ne me dit pas lequel des demains! Probablement dans le semaine des quatre jeudis!
J'ai avisé le vendeur que je n'achèterai plus rien aussi longtemps qu'il utilisera GLS pour la livraison. Vous ne pouvez croire qu'il y a pire que UniUni? Détrompez-vous, il y a GLS!

Service médiocre. La ceuillette s'est fait le lundi à Trois-Rivières et on est le jeudi et rien reçu et j'habite Shawinigan. Dans le système de suivis, à chaque jour cela indique en livraison et cela retourne en transit. Après plusieurs appels, on me dit que ma commande sera livrée en priorité qu'ils envoient des messages au chauffeur et cela ne donne absolument rien 😡

Colis ( plante) même pas arrivée au moment prévu. Soit disant route barrée comme si c'était la seule route pour se rendre à St Hyacinthe. De plus ils étaient censé me téléphoner pour que j'aille moi même récupérer ma plante et pas d'appel. Vraiment, je ne recommande pas.

I ordered an item from Amazon and unfortunately it was sold through a private seller who uses GLS for delivery. After my frustration dealing with them, I decided to check their review. I was not surprised at the one star they got. I should have given them zero star if I could.
They suddenly showed up to deliver a package at my house on a Friday morning at 7.50 a.m. without a phone call or any prior information. Although Amazon had told me that the package would be delivered on Saturday. Friday is a work day. I am not sure how they expected anyone to be at home on a Friday morning . Then they left a note that I should call to arrange a pick-up. I called and they said they will give me a call back to pick up when the driver arrives their office at 5.00p.m. When I asked for their closing time, the operator said 5.00 p.m. Then I asked how the item could be picked up at 5.00 p.m. since they close at 5.00 p.m. She could not give me any reasonable answer. Eventually, they never called and I did not receive the item. By Saturday, there was no one to speak to in the office. As at today ( Saturday), I have still not received the item nor a phone call from GLS.

Pouvoir mettre zero je laurais fait jai un collis qui etait sencé etre livré en une journée on ma dis quau final sa vas avoir pris une semaine pour faire 1h de route.... jaurais mieux fait allé le cherché moi meme...

Their tracking is useless. They update when it's picked up, but it seems shipments can spend many days in transit with no scans reported. Even the departure info doesn't give a location

I still have not received my products after being told by the shipping company that I would receive them by June 23rd. For the amount I spent you would have thought that my products would have been sent through Canada post. But you they were sent through a company (GLS) that hasn’t been able to deliver my products after SIX DAYS of it being in the same province as me, yet somehow it was able to get from Toronto to Calgary in FOUR HOURS. Yeah, explain that one. Calling their customer service is a nightmare, the automation prompts you, then when you hit the prompt it will tell you it is invalid. If you do manage to get through you are met with customer service reps who clearly don’t give a flying you know what.

une étoile c'est même déjà de trop , le pire service que j'ai eu de ma vie , mon entreprise passe pour une mauvaise a cause de leurs service médiocre . Trois jours qu'il ne passe pas chercher un colis qu'il remet toujours au lendemain ou le livreur ne veux juste pas passer ! Trois jours qu'il on toujours des excuses de leurs mauvais service .En tout cas je ne recommande vraiment gls c'est dommage .

Je viens de recevoir mon colis de la pharmacie Familiprix,et malgrer qu'ils ont prix la peine d'y placé un scelant au nom de la pharmacie afin de demontré ci le colis a ete manipulé par des gens indiscret ou malhonnête,et bien c'est le cas des employés de GLS! Car les deux cotés de la boite ont ete déchiré pour etre certain de bien pouvoir ouvrire la boite en entier et verifié ci il aurait eu syelque chose d interessant a volé et l'aurait signalé comme livré!Mais comme ils ont vus que ce n'était qu'un pot de medicament sans importance.ild ont refermé la boite et mis un ruban trasparant pour fermer la boite et ont venu me livrer mon colis dans cet état ,sans gêne ni remort! Bravo!

Driver left parcel on doorstep which is 10 feet away from the sidewalk in the worst part of downtown Chilliwack OBVIOUSL:Y someone is going to steal it and I caught them had to chase them down to get my package. Maybe some driver intuition? LAME

We have been using GLS for 5 months. We send out packages a few times a week and they have been great! Their price is always the cheapest, they deliver on time and our customers have all been happy!
Our pickup driver Havee is awesome! Always friendly and polite 😊
