Great product!
I was contacted via LinkedIn to try their service. After getting connected, the owner reached out and we discussed the intricacies of the business and he answered all questions I had. The most appealing part to me was the locations and availability on engines. The warranties offered are an added bonus. There have been some issues with communication on ETAs, but nothing outside of what is to be expected with the crazy post-covid world we are in.

Please note all parts included are listed on our website here: https://go-powertrain.com/aftermarket-engine-installation-kit/ If there were any components missing from the kit please let us know so we can get this taken care of. I show this shipped to your store Christian brothers automotive in Lexington SC and was installed in a 2013 Chevy Cruze.
We reviewed the ETA and delivery times of the last three orders and we did experience a delay in the last Buick engine due to a supply chain issue with GM but these notifications were automatically sent out if you could please confirm if you received them?
We are as up front in ETAs as we can be. So many factors are out of our control right now (limited parts / cores unavailable, shipping container shortages, natural disasters that cause disruption in freight, manufacturers shutting down, etc) but we check ETAs multiple times a day.

Great Customer Service
Great Customer Service. My only complaint is I did not get an email with my tracking info until I called and asked for it. Then the delivery did not show on day it was suppose to and did not get for another week. I will definitely use this company again.

Thank you for your review. We do apologize for the delay. It looks like the order was placed March 1 and it shipped out March 5. Unfortunately it looks like the carrier had severe delays. It ended up at the destination terminal in Colorado on March 8 in which Colorado appeared to have been hit with a severe storm with at least 4 days of closings and delays. We do apologize for the inconvenience and patience as many states were impacted by storms over the last few months (especially Texas being behind along with Kansas and other midwest states) and the terminals are still playing catch up. We do appreciate your honesty and hope to have you as a return customer.
