They literally took 18 pounds from my forex card without even permission, I have never even head of this website until then. These bastards are actual scammers report this company if you are a victim and write a review to warn others.

get your money back by emailing them and cancelling in website because these bastards are actual crooks.

The first thing to say is that this appears to be a genuine company that can save members a lot of money, if those members shop online regularly at certain retailers.
The problem is that, given the "shady" and cursory sign-up process, most of those signing-up are unlikely to save anything and will be lumbered with a monthly subscription.
I had noticed their pop-up every time I've booked tickets through "The Trainline" website in the last few years and possibly when I've booked hotel accommodation. I've always thought, "This will be a lengthy sign-up and there will be a catch" and I've simply ignored their "eye-candy" pop-up that promises "£25 cashback!" or whatever.
With some irony, the last time I booked a train ticket on the Trainline website, I was on a long-distance train and had some time to kill, so I clicked on the link. As I was on a train, the signal & transmission of info may have been intermittent. I think I was asked to enter the details of the card I'd just used, but I'm not even sure of that. I hadn't been to the buffet, so I'm certain I wouldn't have entered the 3-digit code from the back of the card. I'm pretty sure I didn't click on any T&C's box and I certainly didn't authorise any payment. I'm fairly sure I didn't get a "confirmation" e-mail, though it's possible one went into the spam folder and I hit "empty spam" without opening it.
Whatever, I've just been charged £18 and I'm not happy about it.
As I say, this is a genuine company that can save money for members, but the almost instant sign-up process of them "piggy-backing" on popular online payment websites needs to be stopped. It amazes me that this is legal.

How is this scam allowed and shame on Trainline who allow it through their app.I have given trainline a one star review to warn others of the scam, please would others do the same as i lost £18 because of these scammers.

Absolutely terrible experience. I paid £18, which was the last £18 I had, and I genuinely expected the service I was promised. Unfortunately, they did not deliver what they said they would, and I feel completely let down.

If you are going to take someone’s money, especially when they are relying on the service being done as promised, the least you can do is actually provide what was agreed. I received nothing close to what I was expecting and feel like I’ve simply wasted my money.

I would not recommend this service based on my experience. Very disappointed and frustrated, especially because £18 was my last bit of money and I trusted them to do what they promised. I want a refund ASAP

Apparently I SIGNED up with Toolstation Last year. I DID NOT never Do I ever sign up for these cashback sites. customer service is American I think as all I could hear was American accents. they said I have been getting regular Emails ( never had one ) and account updates ( never signed into anything with them.

Same experience as everyone else - £18 debited from my account. No idea when or how I signed up for this subscription.

These websites should not exist. This is scam. My son subscribed to this not even knowing he did until they just stole his money from bank account!!!!!

An absolute scam.
After £18 being taken from my account without any knowledge as to why I contacted my bank ( who where useless) and was told it was a recurring payment. I cancelled any further payments, and will be claiming back the funds from the bank. BEWARE.

Absolute fraud, I never knowingly signed up to this and the first I knew about it is when £18 went from my account at midnight, no different from sneaking into my home and pinching my wallet in the middle of the night, I wounder how may £18's have been taken like that, con artist

Scam didn’t sign up and a subscription was set up and money taken from my account. Contacted bank as fraud

this company has been taking £15 per month from my bank account and I've never signed up to them what a total bunch of scammers and I won't my money back from these thieves

£18 a month gets taken out my account (3 months), it took 7 phone calls to eventually cancel my subscription, poor,poor,poor website DO NOT USE
