Up to date delivery progress information is terrific; and delivery prompt and. I really welcome that information. I would have given a 5 star, however the delivery box had been pierced through in a couple of places. Damage was quite evident with a hole in the bottom of the box and large rip in one side of the box. Product inside was fine. Perhaps damage occurred prior to your pick-up?

I gave a 4 star because of the time of delivery.
I am not comfortable receiving items late in the evening!
Usually, this Vendor (Well.ca) uses CanadaPost for all my delivery and they arrived in the morning/afternoon (daytime) therefore, I am specifying the late time for this recent delivery. Prefer to stick to daytime delivery!

Worst experience ever with GoBolt service!

Obviously i don't choose to use them, it's up to the companies i order from, but it's to the point that if i ask ahead & they can verify they're shipping with GoBolt, I will not buy from them no matter how good, or local they are.

I've now had 2 packages just not show up on the delivery dates, they say there are address issues, but i have NEVER had issues & I've had a lot of packages delivered! Contacted customer service, & all they do is echo what the online tracker says, it doesn't seem like they attempt at all to find out what went wrong... if all i needed to do was read your online tracking, i wouldn't bother contacting you for a resolution!

At the end of the day, i would rather have any other company deliver to me than GoBolt.
