Booking with Gocamp & the communication was so smooth. Trevor was fantastic at going over all the details of the van and answering our questions. As for the van itself it came worth everything you would need and was a dream to drive. We took our 4month old baby and it was such a great experience for us.

This was our first experience renting a van and the experience was great. It was easy to book the van on the GoCamp website. They were responsive to our questions. The rental was great and so were the owners of the van.

Tyler was awesome, as was the van! The van had everything we needed and was in great working order. I highly recommend using Go Camp!

All the details were thoroughly considered to make getting away super easy. We will happily rent again and recommend to friends and family.

I loved the GOmadic Campervan we used & the family that rented it out was AMAZING! I liked that we were able to meet with plenty of time to go through the van so I was clear on how everything worked. They had everything ready to get right on the road & everything you could possibly need to start an adventure.
The company, GoCamp, was tough to get in touch with & there are a lot of surprise fees. Otherwise this would have been a 5 star review. It was a WONDERFUL experience!

Kelsey is amazing! She went above and beyond with a pre-trip phone call, asked about my needs, and provided a very thorough in person overview. She was awesome - would definitely recommend to friends and rent again.

I appreciated how promptly I heard from GoCamp and the van owner that I rented from. All questions that I asked were answered and I felt like I could reach out anytime while on the road. My kids and I had a great time!

Love the overall purpose of this company. I feel website usability could be better. Navigating seemed different. Especially once booked I struggled to see details of the camper van.

Yardstick background check did not work or ever appear on my account, so I had to work with customer rep to resolve that took a day to get through a different system of background checks.

This was our second time renting a van with gocamp and it was again a great experience! Owner and gocamp were both responsive before and during our trip and everything went so smoothly!

There was very little communication from the owner of the van, which would’ve made things a bit smoother.

From booking to pick up, everything was easy and the GoCamp staff were so kind and helpful in communication. My kids and I had a blast!!

It was an efficient, secure and responsive way for our family to book an amazing camper van. We booked relatively close to our trip time and everything still went smoothly. GoCamp was responsive to questions we had after booking

Vehicle was great. The online transactions were a bit glitchy (e.g. we had to request details via a separate email because the link didn't work)

I give this company 1 star simply for the fact that they completely canceled my booking as I was traveling to pickup the van. There was no communication to me about the actual problem and I only caught it as I happened to review my credit card charges and saw the refunded amounts. I had to scramble to rebook and even had issues with getting the complete dates. They could not rebook for me which was really disappointing since they canceled it. The problem lies in that their is verification system companies they use, could not verify me completely and then we had a rush a few days before the trip to redo some id verification.

They were really communicative via email during the whole rebooking and making sure things were complete, but when I tried calling because I couldn’t get the last day, I was not able to contact anyone. The email response also went silent once I made the purchase.

I had issues with the van, which I had to take time and money away from my planned trip to get the van fixed and I am still in negotiations, as I have not been properly compensated fully just to cover the costs of the repairs.

There are too many steps in the process. Simplify things.

We rented Sally the Solis from a wonderful van host. All of the extra’s provided really made our PNW vacation super easy, and stress free. Leslie was wonderful to work with and we can’t say thank you enough. We have a lot of friends and family asking about our trip and we will be referring Leslie and the Go Camp experience to all of them. Thank you for a flawless experience.

Sent my reservation to host in Seattle, WA by mistake. Should have been sent to host in CA. Deceptive pricing. Non-transparent website hides service fees until during purchase process (other rental platforms show total price up front). "180/night" jumps to $235/night" when select any date, and then totals $360/night with add on fees.

While I loved the van that we rented and the owners were fantastic, I was very frustrated with the GoCamp part of the experience. We had our reservation cancelled twice. The second time we were 3-hours into our 6-hour drive to pick up the van and it caused a lot of stress. Also, we were sent to the wrong address to pick up the van and the description of the van was not correct.

This van was incredible! It had everything we needed to stay off the grid for multiple nights. The pop-up top offered us spacious sleeping arrangements and the kitchen was equipped with just the right items. There were no details left unaddressed in this van buildout.
The owner is also highly responsive and friendly.
