Great van rental, great communication, would definitely rent again!

Over a period of months communicating with various entities, it was hard to keep track of which group or organization I was communicating with. The staff were pretty responsive, but I never felt like any question I asked was completely answered. Even a few days before the trip, I was still piecing parts of the requirements and prep work together. The rental experience was a whole 'nother story. We spent a fortune on those three days and next time I'd just get a hotel room, rent a Vrbo or quite honestly do anything but this.

Great communication from GoCamp. Great couple to work with. The Camper Van was well-equipped and easy to use. I loved being able to pull over and take a nap whenever I wanted to. I highly recommend the "Evergreen" Camper Van rental and can't wait to do it again!

GoCamp helped out a lot. We had another van set up and they renter had to back out because of mechanical issues. GoCamp helped us find a van and folks were in contact helping get it all set and they were so positive. I have told others about your company.

We came across GoCamp while searching for RV’s to rent…. A perfect fit for what we wanted….a small RV/camper van that was easy to maneuver, fully equipped, and ready for our trip up in the Upper Peninsula. Booking and conversation with GoCamp, and with the owner, Pete was very easy and smooth.

We loved the van we rented. The communication was easy with the owner. We had a hard time for one day getting in touch with GoCamp but they got back to us the following day. Our trip was epic and we will definitely rent from them again!

Go Camp did a wonderful job answering all our questions as we were figuring out which van was right for us! Their contracts were easy to follow, and their staff was always available to answer questions. I am so glad I chose GoCamp to rent through. I felt prepared and ready for the trip.

The lucky van team made everything so simple. From the moment we started researching the trip all the way through to returning lucky to his rightful owners everything went without a problem. Lucky was fully equipped. All we needed to do was buy our food. The lucky van team was very responsive and helpful in planning our route. We were first timers and will absolutely do this again. I would recommend this van and go camp to anyone who's interested in the RV experience without the RV ownership responsibilities.

GoCamp was amazing to work with. They helped us find the camper van we were looking for for our 2 week trip. I phoned them about how the van rental process worked.. they were easy to talk to and helped us navigate the whole process. Also, email questions were answered promptly. Highly recommend this company .

Info on the vehicle and its owner was clear + accurate. Info to support our planning + arrangements for the trip was thoughtful + very helpful. Responsiveness of the GoCamp team to my questions was excellent. Resources available to manage all the details were clear + well-described.

Our van was cancelled 3 days prior to trip. I understand things come up and Gocamp offered 3 other substitutions. However I had to keep chasing to ensure a new one was booked and email responses were quite slow considering it was getting down to the day we were flying.
Then we were sent to the wrong address to pick up the van. The PDF had the new camper van name (which I double checked to make sure it was the right one), but the old campervan address who had been cancelled. This resulted in us paying for taxis 30 mins in the wrong direction! The address we went to kindly let us into their home to stay out of the rain while we figured out what to do. It took us 30 ins to get through to a staff member to be sent to the right place. It was a very bumpy start to our whole trip.

It was great getting the opportunity to rent Stella. It is a great rig and it met our needs for a weekend trip. Mary was wonderful to work with.

Vehicle was fantastic and as advertised. Both the owner and Gocamp were accommodating and helpful. Would definitely rent again and recommend to friends!

Incredibly communicative without trying to upsell. Made first time experience easy and enjoyable.

Website is easy to use. Do be aware that fees and insurance raise the advertised nightly rental by approximately $150 per night.

GoCamp made the rental experience easy and seamless. GREAT communication and fast responses to all my questions. The host was great too.

Gocamp is a middleman, similar to airbnb, between renters and van owners.
I was required for damage that occurred outside of my rental period. This cost me several hundreds of dollars. However, gocamp decided to believe the van owner as they have a vested interest to have continued business with the owner. As opposed to the renter, who, and they are right about this, will bring them no further business as I will never be using them again.
I highly recommend going to a different rental agency. And take detailed videos of before and after your rental, I’ll admit not doing this was my own fault.
