Everything you could think of, the van had. This was our first experience in a camper van and this fit the bill. It was easy all around. To drive, cook, sleep, hangout. Additionally the owner was very responsive when we had questions and helpful. Highly recommend.

The light bulb on the front drivers side was not working. This was not discovered until we were on the road. It is a minor problem but it did prevent us from driving at night since I did not want to get a ticket. We chose not to have dinner is the town because of the problem

The information GoCamp provided me before and during my trip was very much beneficial.
They also checked in on me leading up to the trip to address anything that I may have needed. Their organizational skills with the information they provide is very impressive and a big help when taking a trip using a camper van.

From the search through the completion of our trip, a great experience. The personalized road trip ready guide was a wonderful asset. Communication with the owners and the platform was easy. We knew what to expect and when to expect and when to expect it. If we were missing anything, we got helpful reminders to complete the tasks, follow ups to see if we had any questions - reminders about when payments would process and when security deposits were released.

Go camp had almost no involvement with the booking - booked through them and they just passed us straight to the van owners - and yet they still charge significant fees that are not clear when you see the price of the vehicles. They are operation like AirB&B with numerous non obvious charges upfront. On a positive their emails were friendly and courteous.

They allow the van owners to charge whatever 'prep' fee they want. This is supposed to cover the van cleaning etc, but of course not only do you have to hand the van back clean and prepped for the next user, but ours wasn't and there was no way to reclaim the prep fee.

The insurance they insist on is a joke. You have to get it through them and it specifically says this is not the primary insurance policy and if there were to be a claim then you should make it through your own car insurance. And for $350 for a week I'd expect a little more than that.

By choice I wouldn't use again as they added no value but cost me hundreds of dollars.

Everything was perfect. The Van was clean, secure, and had all what we need. The personnel was very help full and very availaible.

They were super helpful in answering questions by email and timely in their replies. It was all around a great experience.

Excellent communication throughout, easy booking experience, cheerful and helpful associates, and a quality rig that served its intended purpose faultlessly. I had an unforeseen issue on my end that GoCamp handled gracefully and without qualms--thanks so much! Would absolutely recommend, and will book with them again!

We had a really nice experience with GoCamp! we will definitely be doing it again. The Van was great! The owner was helpful, kind and responsive before, during and after the rental.

The van was clean and comfortable. Process to pickup and drop off was easy as well. Highly recommend renting this sprinter and I look forward to doing this again!
