Everything from the communication, the ease of the website and booking, the flexibility knowing that you are probably coming from out of town, the price was comparable to hotels but much more fun. All our questions were answered but the transparency is so great we really didn't have many!

Fantastic all around! Booking process was simple and charges were clear. Communication with van owner was easy and responses always prompt. Pick up and drop off seamless. The van was amazing and easy to operate. Top notch with all the bells and whistles and then some. Sol was always available throughout our journey to answer silly questions from this first-time campervan driver. My 15 year old daughter and I had the trip of a lifetime. Will definitely rent from GoCamp/Sapphire again! Not a single complaint! Absolutely wonderful.

Brad and his Just Traveln: 4X4 Winnebago Revel made my first camping with my two sons a priceless adventure. Brad is an excellent communicator. He demonstrated the components of the van and eased my anxieties. Just Traveln was outfitted with everything I needed to enjoy camping all we needed was clothes and food. Brad's attention to detail made our trip more enjoyable by including games and a few small toys. He is a good host and we will be traveling with Just Traven more in the future

Well equipped and comfortable. Owner went all in to make sure we knew how to use all the bells and whistles this van has to offer. Spent 30 minutes on the phone with us and then gave us a 45 minute orientation in person.

Very good customer service. They were very helpful in the preparations leading up to the booking, managing payment problems, and informative and transparent with billing and services.
During our trip we didn’t have much contact with GoCamp, besides from our roadside assistance experience. This went smoothly, with our flat tire being replaced after a highway tow. Insurance lived up to its promise, and we felt safe in the process.
After the rental, everything went swiftly and smoothly with deposit return, and transfer from our renter.
All in all, a perfect rental experience.

Van Based camping for the win. All we needed to pack were our clothes and basic toiletries, everything else was in the RV. Airport Pickup and Drop off was as painless as parking in the economy parking lot.

My experience with Go Camp was wonderful, despite some difficulties in finding the right van, JanieLynn was extremely helpful and accommodating in helping us find, and book the right van. From the very beginning JanieLynn was very communicative and identified all the potential options of campers that are available to us during our desired dates. In addition, she was able to put us in touch with the van owners who were also very accommodating and helpful.

This was my first experience staying in a camper, we recently took the Sellwood Solis over to the coast for a weekend and enjoyed every moment! The handoff was very easy, I was sent a link to watch a tutorial video before hand and was given some time to clarify a couple things with Angus at pick up! We lucked out with great weather during the day at the coast and rain/hail at night. We were cozy and warm in both of the beds, I'd recommend Earplugs if you are sleeping up top during a rainstorm! The van was very easy to drive and had everything we needed and more! We enjoyed the playing a couple of the games provided in the van during the rainy evenings, there was even a Bluetooth speaker to use! They have really thought of everything, just pack some snacks and you are ready to hit the road! Will be renting again!! Thanks Sellwood Solis!

Good communication, flexible, everything as advertised.

The owner was kind and flexible. Communication was easy and the pick-up/drop-off went smoothly. The van itself was just a hollowed out space with some storage and a basic sleeping area. No insulation or plumbing (note that it wasn’t marketed as having plumbing, but I did expect insulation). “Potable” water jugs were filled with brown sedimented water. Knowing what I know now, I would have saved the money and slept in my outback for a similar but cheaper experience.

GoCamp was super helpful when I had a few problems with booking. I needed to call two or three times to get it sorted out and they were quick, professional, and helpful each time. I was really impressed with how easy they made it!

Our first time, and hopefully not our last experience with GoCamp! We had a perfect vacation thanks to the campervan we rented, it met all our expectations and even more. We were impressed with how easy this entire process through GoCamp was, with great communication and follow up from the owner and also with GoCamp. We are looking forward to our next adventure!!

This van was just perfect! In great condition, and very nicely stocked. The host was a pleasure to deal with.

We had an excellent trip in the Serenity Van; Dawn and Les, the van owners, were outstanding in their preparation, support, and interactions with us. The documentation that GoCamp provided before the trip was comprehensive and thoughtfully put together (and very useful). We felt very well-taken-care-of by both GoCamp and the van owners. All around, a great experience!
