Go Camp did well on your part. The vehicle I rented had an alarm sound when the heater was on preventing use. I received no compensation for the problem. The owner offered me a discount off my next rental from her but she moved 10 hours away. She knew that was a useless gesture.

I had an special request and it was handled smoothly, swiftly, and professionally. GoCamp made the entire process very easy.

We love the renters in your program. We have rented a Sprinter many times to include one for our wedding in Santa Barbara, driving from Oregon and back. Highly recommend this service!

the company from top to bottom got us first time van vacationers on the road in style and made us feel so comfortable. It can be a scary idea hitting the road in a van for 7 days...but their team, and the vans they have in their program are unreal. We absolutely loved "Hazel" our van out of Las Vegas...she got us around all the national parks in Utah, Monument Valley, and some state parks perfectly...and it was super cold and snowy...and we were so so comfortable.

Everything was simple and straightforward. Communication was good. Unit as advertised. Plenty of pictures. Prices were what they were and well explained prior to booking. No surprises. Would definitely rent through them again. Thank you.

We loved TyVANasuarusREX! Everything was perfect, and the host made sure we had whatever we needed. He went out of his way to meet us to de-winterize the van when he saw that the weather would clear up. What an epic experience! I highly recommend this Sprinter van rental for your next adventure!

"Miles" the campervan was the perfect choice for our PCH trip. Easy to drive, easy to navigate, clean and packed with everything we could possibly need. Mason handled any questions very quickly. Gave us a list of suggested stops and destinations. Which was extremely helpful. Would highly recommend Mason & Miles for your trip.

When I had a question about my reservation and had to make a change, I was able to reach a person right away. They were very friendly and helpful both times and I didn't have to wait and talk to a machine. Thank you for having real people in customer service!

The customer service at GoCamp when dealing with unexpected cancellations from the van owners was truly great. They helped find us an even better van in the end and we had a great trip. Would come back to GoCamp for our next trip for sure!

Much like an Airbnb these van rentals get really expensive and they come with high expectations from their owners. The van pick up and orientation is too long and can even require an extra day of bookings if you want your trip to leave early in the morning. Mileage charges and 12 MPG fuel is something to factor for an extra expense, therefore read the fine print. The van cleaning expectations seem overly high - just how does a renter wash and clean an oversize van?

Honestly, for the total expense of a van rental, I'd just opt for a nice hotel.

Was very seamless, and made for a very romantic getaway.

Poor communication leading up to rental. Sent us out without a drain hose for the gray water so we had to purchase one out on the road - sent the receipt and included hose on return but still haven't heard about a reimbursement. Upon return our main contact wasn't available and told us to speak to another person who also wasn't available - left keys with a receptionist without any feedback, paperwork or closure. Just bad service .... we really enjoyed traveling in the van, but that is not because we got good service from GoCamp.

The low mileage Wolfchild 4x4 Winnebago Revel was in outstanding shape when we picked it up. Michael, her owner, spent more than an hour explaining everything to us and was courteous and patient throughout the process. We had no problems during the trip, enjoyed the luxury of an RV, and will certainly rent this vehicle again.

It was easy to make all the arrangements and contact anyone at any time, all questions or concerns were answered and handled easily and promptly. I like that we were also in direct contact through Go Camp with the owners of the vehicle to verify specific pickup and drop off times and any other questions that we had. The whole experience was very easy and everything went perfectly.
