Good layout and description of…
Good layout and description of exercises but I had received one of their previous books Gods of Grip V 2 and there’s very little difference between them. Pretty disappointed to be honest

Love this new grip tool
Love this new grip tool. The ridge. Well designed and made, great compliment to other training tools. As always the support from the team and emails confirming the order was brilliant. I totally recommend this company to anyone who is interested in improving their hand strength

Hub is great; finger strength band... meh.
Purchased the mid hub grip attachment and the level 1 finger extensor strengthening band on the 11/2/22. My order arrived on the 16/2/22, and I began using it the next day. The hub is great! Really sturdy, and humbling to say the least.
The extensor band... Well, that broke after four uses. Snapped completely. I had it a week. Might be just a dodgy band out of the plethora of ones they've made, but needless to say it's left me with a sour taste. BUT their customer service when it comes to rectifying stuff is great.

Excellent quality power grippers
Excellent quality power grippers. Bought the elite and love them. Use them everyday. Did have hiccups with the the delivery but received everything in the end. Thank you gods of grip

I received Elite 3, 4 and 5, grippers are great, high quality and well made, spread is about 63mm, very suitable for a medium sized hand, handel is comfortable but a bit rougher it would have been better, overall the grippers are very excellent and better than I expected

Great company
Ordered a bar that had a delay in delivery. Was notified by Tom immediately and he put some extra items to sweeten the wait. Really impressed with the bar, packaging and communication. Ordered a few items through the company and really impressed. Would definitely recommend!
