I had a great experience with Go Gadgets SA.

I purchased a refurbished HP PRODESK 600 G3 from them, and after a a few months the PC unexpectedly stopped powering on. I contacted their support team and the warranty process was straightforward from the start.

They kept me informed, followed up with me directly, and quickly diagnosed the issue as a failed motherboard. Throughout the process, their communication was professional, friendly, and transparent.

When something goes wrong with a product, what really matters is how a company handles it, and Go Gadgets SA has been excellent so far. I'm very impressed with their customers service and willingness to honor their warranty.

I purchased an online activation MS Office product from GoGadgets, however this was on a weekend and the test to the activation code being sent, on a business day, was at the end of a lengthy page of description, this was disappointing.
I waited until Monday and the code was received. The code did not work and I had to call to receive another code after an email was unanswered, there after another 3 codes were send, but eventually one was found that worked. I am not sure why this was but in effect a product that I thought I would have access to on Saturday morning, was only possible on Monday afternoon. Never the less Nas did an amazing job at helping me solve the issue, receive the software and was very patient and pleasant in doing so. I will use GoGadgets again.

Ive purchased 4 refurbished units this far and to date they all have been working excellently, the deliveries as well were really well done, PCs arrived packaged with sufficient padding to prevent damage during transit.

Id recommend go gadgets to everyone, the prices are great and products as well as services are too.

I was very pleased to find a refurbished docking station for an old model Dell laptop at a reasonable price. It arrived soon, well packed and as it should be, and I have it set up and working, with the exception of the "power" led - which is apparently a common issue with these. It works excellently and I'm very happy with it.

The laptop I got was in a pretty good condition, don’t got no complaints about anything on it. Delivery was quite quick. Overall amazing, amazing service 😊
