The owner is completely antagonistic and should take a few courses in basic manners I am your customer not your freind. And I am certainly not your "Buddy" when I have an issue with a broken machine due tou YOUR vendor I expect a level of understanding not your disgusting attitude and tell me thanks for rating us 1 star. Your attitude as a business owner sucks. But I see by a few of the other ratings that your attitude is a common theam.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologise that the device arrived damaged due to transit handling by the courier. We understand how frustrating this must have been.
We would like to clarify the steps we took to resolve the matter:
- We responded to your query on the same day it was received.
- We immediately offered to arrange collection of the device back to our facility at our cost in order to inspect and replace the damaged components.
- As an alternative, we offered a full refund upon return of the device.
- If you preferred to keep the unit, we also offered a discount on a future purchase or an agreed reimbursement arrangement for the damaged part.
During the discussions, a request was made for a 125GB RAM upgrade as a resolution. Unfortunately, this upgrade is significantly more expensive than the value of the repair required and is not economically viable. We communicated this transparently while reiterating our willingness to repair, replace the damaged components or refund in full.
All the options provided were declined. The option to replace the damaged component remain open should you reconsider, as our priority is always to ensure fair and reasonable resolution for our clients.

Unfortunately the hard drive crashed…
Unfortunately the hard drive crashed after 4 days from receiving our laptop and 3 days before Christmas. As soon as Go Gadgets reopened, Nastassja, rapidly assisted us and had our laptop with replaced hard drive back within 5 working days. Thanks for consistent and clear coms on WhatsApp Nastassja. You were great!
I will return again this year for another.

I am incredibly impressed with the products I purchased from GoGadgets. The quality of the refurbished items is outstanding—they look and perform practically like new.
We ordered a variety of equipment, and every item exceeded expectations:
2 x Dell Optiplex 7040 Mini PC Sets: Lightning fast with the i5 6th Gen and 16GB RAM. Having MS Office 2021 included was a huge plus.
Dell Optiplex 3060 Mini Tower Set: Runs perfectly and the 23-inch Dell monitor is top quality.
Epson M296A Thermal Printer: Ideal for our POS setup.
5 x Dell P2314H 23-inch Monitors: All arrived in excellent condition with crisp Full HD displays.
