Ease of ordering and verifying. Speedy delivery this time.

The ordering was simple. The delivery was quick and easy. Haven't used yet but I am sure all OK as they are packed well and look OK.

You order, then get sent a voucher so then have to pay for delivery separately, not all together.

Natasha made a difficult situation easier to cope with and was instrumental in my obtaining my refund.

Always get good response and doing shopping with u is easy and sure won’t end up in scammers hand

Paid my money, got my voucher, redeemed my voucher, and got NOTHING.

Tried contacting their Customer Support team twice, and got NOTHING.

This is a SCAM site, stay well clear.

The company do not read, do not acknowledge a customer's written word.

I thought i'd have a bit if fun with a 5pc mystery box. If it's stuff I won't use - who cares part of the fun. Voucher clearly states all items are "Brand new, boxed and sealed".

What I received in a standard jiffy postal bag...

Children England branded replica shorts - no tag, no labels. Not even size or washing instructions.
Croc charms loose
A key ring without the metal key ring bit - loose
A black handle object with no idea what it was as loose no label, not boxed, not sealed.
A transformer replica toy - loose.
Sealed in a clear plastic bag was what appeared to be a price from an arcade 2p coin drop machine.

I was frustrated and disappointed that the items were not as described. They were not brand new... not boxed... not all sealed. No tags no instructions. Nothing to even indicate it was my mystery box.

I returned the items for a refund. I was miss sold these items, they were not as described.

According to GoGroopie and their "merchant" I changed my mind and so did not return my postage charge. Nor did they reimburse me for the returns. The postages costs incurred were £7.64.

So not only do I not have anything but a bad experience to show for my £7.64 but apparently I am a liar and i am just a customer who "changed their mind" not miss sold. FUMING!

Actually taking further. Will take the company to a small claims court as they are not helpful in the slightest.

Easy process for buying but the voucher step feels unnecessary and cumbersome. Communicated with very quickly about delivery

I want to say I love my IPad 2 it’s really good

If I could give this site zero i would. Avoid at all cost. Brought what I thought was robotic hoovers, turned up and were plastic tat. Ordered three, one for me and two as gifts, plus 15 pound shipping. After months of back and forth I finally got return details, returned last month and no refund. Diabolical service.

Absolutely amazing item , came a lot faster than expected and as described extremely easy to set up , the Groupon redemption process was easy and floorless.
