Although the experience was fine having to go through another screen to add post I felt was unnecessary. Just keep it all on the same page it would then of been 5 stars

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE they will scam you . I bought an item from them at first which was an Iphone and instead of it coming in the colour I wanted it to come in it didn’t so i told them and they refunded me £5.78 which wasn’t enough, they just refunded me the voucher i redeemed but i was ok with them doing SOMETHING about their mistake, I then had to re order what i actually wanted and the item did not come AT ALL, i waited weeks and the phone was supposed to be delivered on my birth week and it’s been FOUR WEEKS still NO PHONE, i contacted them about a refund last monday and they emailed me talking about “would you like to receive the refund in gogroopie credits let us know immediately” i said NO i just want the refund back THE FULL refund back to my bank account not just the voucher refund and it’s been literally 5 days no response OR a refund. I’ve been emailing anyone associated with them and hatemyphone has been trying to resolve it but STILL NO REFUND! I’m really about to sue these people.
