I recently purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro…
I recently purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro 2026 from GoGroopie. The price seemed like an excellent deal, at less than 10% of the official retail price. Unfortunately, as the saying goes, if something seems too good to be true, it probably is.
When I tried to redeem the product, I received a message stating that they had temporarily run out of licences and that I should try again later. I contacted their customer support and was asked to provide a screenshot of the error message, which I did. After not hearing back for several days, I sent a follow-up message.
This time, they responded with a link to download what appeared to be a cracked version of the software, which is likely illegal. When I complained, they offered me a licence key for an older version instead, namely the 2022 release.
I explained that I was not interested in an older version and requested a refund. Since then, I have received no further response. According to their terms and conditions, customers are entitled to request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
My advice is to stay away from this company, particularly when buying software. Based on my experience, the apparent savings are simply not worth the risk and frustration.

Double operation
I have bought a few items through GoGroopie. Quite straightforward. The only thing that bothers me is having to wait for another e-mail to confirm your order and having to pay for postage separately. Would be better if it all could be done in one operation.
