All three of my kids have these hover boards and they’re great. Been super reliable and easy to use. My only comment is that some of their friends are faster, though this is only really evident when attached to a cart, plenty fast enough as a board.

Do not buy from this sham of a company. I wouldn't even give them 1 star. I ordered a 6.5" G2 Hoverboard with a kart - Bundle Offer omits September 2022 for next day delivery which showed in stock. As of 11th Oct I received the kart randomly last week and no sign of the board. Many many emails and calls some of which don’t get answered. Four times have i been told to expect the remainder of the order but on each time have not. Straight out lies on the phone and no sign of my money. Taking this further but this is not a company to buy from. And all this time my kid has no birthday present

I wouldn't even give them 1 star. I ordered a 8.5" G2 PRO Camo Bluetooth Hoverboard with a Free Monster kart - Bundle Offer on August 5th 2022. Received The segway part on August 10th but the kart part has not yet been received as of 26th Sept. three times have i been told to expect the kart but on each time have not. Feels like I just get fobbed off with lies when I talk to them over the phone. This bundle was apparently in stock at point of order. I'm going to try return the segway part which is sitting unopened. As far as i am aware, they have not honoured the contract of supplying the bundle as per order. This is going to be fun. I can see Trading Standards having to get involved here. My advice to anyone is to buy from Amazon.co,uk. At least you will be able to return to amazon. The company directors also seem to have other companies specialising in similar tech so watch who you buy from. Do your homework.

I ordered some spare parts on 09.04.22. The promise of 'next day delivery guaranteed' was misleading. The order has still not arrived despite numerous communications with their 'Support' team and now their complaints department, who chose not to respond to my email sent 13.04.22. I have now requested next day delivery guaranteed or a refund, today being 21.04.22, 12 days after the order was placed. I will wait and see what the morning brings!!

Bought two Hoverkart’s for my twin boys birthday. Arrived in good time. One had a broken part but they are sending me the piece I need so all good.

There were some delays with delivery due to a supplier issue. GoHoverkart were transparent and communicative through the whole process and did a really great job.

I originally bought a hover board that was out of stock and a very quick phone call directed me to one that was in stock which arrived in record time. Excellent service. Given that service I recently bought another one for another child!

Very disappointing. Phoned 3 times asking where the wheel was. Lied to every time and eventually came about 2 weeks after first order by Royal Mail where the customer service told me it was picked up by DPD the previous week?

This company is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I have never complained about a product or company in my life but this company is a joke. Their products are dangerous. My son had a really bad accident due to a bad product and design. The advise I was given was to get him a helmet. They refused to refund me and I’m currently seeking legal advise. Do not buy anything from them. Extremely dangerous and extremely bad customer service.

Ordered just the hover kart as my son has a hover board. It came very quickly on advertised day. Easy to put together, connection to my sons hover board is via Velcro ties which seem secure. Son loves the kart, it’s colourful, manuverable and well put together.. I do make sure he is warring a helmet as he seems to spend his time doing wheelies!

The hoverboard and seat adaptation have been amazing for my son. He has significant mobility issues and is unable to get around without a wheelchair or walking frame. For the first time in his life, we can go for a family walk at a natural pace while he zips around. He has never been out of the sight of Mam and Daddy in this way before! We have to secure his feet with a bungee cord, but that's no big deal.

The only criticism we would have would be the quality of the castor. The castor bracket is already rusty and the rubber of the tyre has completely worn through.

Not worth the star given. Ordered 3 hoverkarts for Xmas presents for my children and received one faulty Segway. After many many attempts to rectify this situation I only once managed to speak to an agent who told me to log my complaint. I did this more than twenty times without any response. Finally given a list of suggested things to try to solve the problem of the broken Segway. All irrelevant as the Segway doesn’t even switch on.
I paid for it to be collected by their company and be repaired. No one has ever collected the go kart!! Nobody ever answers the phone or responds to emails or reviews. So disappointed as my daughter has never been able to enjoy her Xmas present!

Our children's charity made a large order and although shipment was delayed due to the pandemic, we were kept informed and when they arrived the shipment was complete and the karts themselves were excellent.

Arrived on time, all parts present. Good quality go-kart and it was easy to attach to the balance board.

I had ordered back in February and i have still not received my order. I call up and they promise it will be delivered on a day... this day comes and not even a dispatched email is sent, even though they had told me it has been picked up by DPD. I never write reviews but this service is not acceptable.

Ordered for a Christmas present for my daughter, arrived very promptly considering the crazy world were in at this current time!
We had an issue with the hover board, but couldn’t of asked for better service.
They had it collected, fixed and sent back all within very quick time. Would definitely buy from them again :):):)
