Delivery took a bit longer than expected, but it was the Christmas period and it still arrived before the big day.
Very pleased with the kart, and the price was good too so all in all, I'm happy with my purchase and the service.....

Placed my order months before Christmas. At the time of making order the items I chose we stated as being available. And the delivery date was less than a week.
As soon as I had paid I received an email to say that the delivery date was many weeks in the future. This was the first of many emails delaying the delivery date, each one guaranteed a delivery in time for Christmas.
As Christmas got closer I contacted Go Hover Kart, only to receive stock answers saying deliver was guaranteed for Christmas.

I received part of my order for Christmas, and the rest came in January. In the week before Christmas I could not get any response from go hover kart at all.

Terrible customer service and the availability of stock and any delivery dates they give are not to be trusted.

Ordered the hoverkart and within 48 hours we had the kart! Instructions to set up the kart weren’t the best but got there in the end. The kart is awesome my son loves it and was able to go off-road into the park - muddy terrain. It’s quite fast but once your able to master its handling it’s the best fun

This was a fantastic experience , to start with I ordered the wrong product and only realised after I’d paid , the customer care was brilliant and changed it immediately for me and offered advice on products. It was here within a week as I was worried about Xmas, I would definitely recommend them and their products.

Purchased my hoverboard with hoverkart 18th October. It arrived 12th December.

It had a screw missing (and it rattled. The screw was possibly inside).
Customer Services were very good. Speedy Pick Up and Re-Delivery.

Took it out for the 1st time and the Hoverkart wheel bearings fell out.

Then I get my phone bill and realised customer services are so helpful because it cost £17 for me to make 2 calls! Most of the time I was on hold.

My last 2 calls were quick and cost less.

Absolute shocking company. Ordered a hoverboard bundle back in October guaranteed to be here for 24th November however 12th of December still no hoverboard and every excuse under the sun as to why it hadn’t been delivered. I had to then cancel as it was a Christmas present not easy trying to get a refund either. Clearly selling products they don’t have. I would avoid this comapy

Not opened yet as for Xmas hence not 5 stars. Ordered Monday arrived today. Was let down by another company and go Hoverkart kept their Xmas delivery promise

Terrible company, purchased a hovercart on November 1. Had an receipt saying will be delivered by December 1st.
Needed for son's birthday 8th Dec
Didn't arrive had to go out and purchase other presents.
I have sent over 50 emails trying to get my refund with excuse after excuse. Finally I received my refund yesterday. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered 2 monster hoverkart bundles in Early July 2020. Was told be shipped August 17th. No delivery. Had to chase it up to be told that shipping would be another month. When that date arrived was told shipping would be another month. Never received anything. Very bad customer service. Glad I paid via Paypal as was able to get a refund. Can't believe that they have any products to sell as nothing ever materialized. Will never deal with again.

Got my son the yellow graffiti hover board and kart bundle for Christmas. He obviously hasn't seen it yet but we have charged it up and tested it for him, all I can I say is we are going to have one have 10 year old on Christmas day once he opens it. It is amazing. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of getting there kids one.
