The website said that the hoverkart and hoverboard would be delivered within only a day or so. Immediately after placing the order I received an email saying that because of Covid there could be a delay. Well, ok I thought, but perhaps by a few days. How wrong could I be. After 7 or 8 emails later and many promises of a couple of weeks, and some time after my 8 year old son's birthday it finally arrived. All in all about 6 weeks after placed the order. If you takes the money you have to deliver - this company left and 8 year old boy very upset when he didn't have it on his birthday. You should be ashamed! Change the wording on the website and be honest with your customers!

A long delay with delivery , luckily I was in no rush . Communication was the reason for 3stars . The item itself seems very good quality and works well . Instructions are basic but understandable .

Although my order was delayed because of the current COVID-19 outbreak. The customer service I received from Gohoverkart was absolutely brilliant. I had emails telling me where my package was and apologies for the delay in my package so was always at ease that my package would be arriving and when. I can't wait to see my son's face on Xmas day. Thank you Gohoverkart. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

My boys of 7 and 10 love the hoverboard and go kart attachment, the Bluetooth speaker is an added bonus, so much fun! There were delivery delays but we knew that when we ordered it. It was well worth the wait.

Waited a wee bit longer but they kept in touch and received my items soon after. Highly recommended this company

Fast delivery in time for sons birthday.
Now have 2 very happy children with the purchases made, being used almost daily

Slight delay due to Covid but otherwise excellent communication and more importantly an excellent go kart and Hoverboard which the kids love.

Absolutely abysmal business with non existent customer service. At order stage they stated next day delivery then the order acknowledgement also stated next day delivery with the item finally arriving 15 days later. Quality of product is average at best and certainly not worth the money. Never again that’s for sure!

This company is an absolute shambles! Ordered placed for monster hoverkart bundle 2nd August, £350 deducted from the account following day for item to be dispatched 17th August. Still no items! No proper correspondence! Called last week and was assured only 3 occasions that it would be dispatched week commencing 31st to receive for my sons birthday but low and behold no update so another call today to be told they aren’t back in stock but no one had the decency to call and make me aware of this instead they have left it to me to chase them up whilst sitting banking peoples money with no intention of sending the item!!! Requested manager call because apparently no one is there to take the call at the moment!!! Absolutely fuming! Poor customer service, mis selling customers and no ownership! Reporting them to the ombudsman and trading standards!

Ordered a kart for daughters birthday. It broke on second use on soft ground. Replacement part took a week to arrive. Fixed it for another part to then break (now only 3rd or 4th use on the whole thing in total) whilst she was using it AGAIN. Emailed customer services asking for a refund since we have completely lost faith in them and the item now. It is supposed to be robust, had a suspension for rough grounds and can hold an adults weight yet broke twice with our small 7yr old on it on the lawn!! Very unsafe. Got told to send it back where a 'service assessment' would be carried out & then i would hear from them regarding a refund. It was delivered back on the 31st July. Two emails i have sent now asking for an update etc a week apart have been completely ignored. We have been unable to replace our daughters birthday present because we are waiting on a refund & from reading other reviews we are getting very worried that we may not get anything back at all. We are now having to look into taking it further with whatever action necessary to get our money back and will be reporting to trading standards. We highly advise against using this company and only wish we had seen these reviews before we ordered.

I ordered a Hoverkart package on the 19th May 2020 and STILL have not received it. The customer service is a joke. Telephones are not being answered and when they do respond to emails I get fobbed off with a new delivery date OR if I spend more money (they wanted £90.00) they will upgrade my order and send it immediately!! This was for my sons 8th birthday and he is absolutely gutted it has still not arrived. I would NEVER use this company again and would never recommend them!

Very good, bought it for our 9yr old son, he really enjoys it, it's hard to know how much power is left in it, bar that its 100%

I purchased this hoverboard and kart for my son, who is deaf and vision impaired with quite poor balance. I was amazed how quick he took to the board, whizzes round everywhere. Has done so much for his confidence. So glad I bought it.

My son bought this for himself using birthday and Christmas money and has had so many hours of fun. Worth every penny. The cart element makes it so much fun for offroading.

I purchased a hoverboard go kart for my daughter at Christmas.
I brought the hummer as wanted an off road one it didn't disappoint.
It's well made and very sturdy and does exactly what's it meant to do.
My daughter loves it.
My order was delivered quickly and I was kept informed via emails.

Bought a hover board with kart attachment advertised as compatible with a phone app for speedometer and light changing and battery level.
On arrival I found out the app was no longer available so none of these features actually are usable.
On to the kart attachment this scratched the board to bits after 1 hours use as it doesn't fit the contours of the board.
On trying to get a refund I argued for 2 months with them refusing as the board was scratched ( because of there poorly fitting attachment)
So dont bother get a board with the features advertised and with a decent customer care.

Prompt service and very helpful, would recommend.
