I ordered a hover board with go kart attachment. At first it took a while to arrived, I contacted them and there was an honest mistake. They delivered it pretty much the next day by specially delivery. The hover board is still going strong 1 year on, no problems at all. It’s great!!

I purchased this for my my son when he was 6, he absolutely loves it. There were problems with availability when we were purchasing but GoHoverkart done everything they could to resolve this and in the end we got exactly what we wanted :-)

Bought a hoverboard for Daughters 9th birthday. Unfortunately the axles was bent, so it the board didnt work properly. No refund policy so had to send it back for repairs. We waited about a month before it came back, not happy at all. But nothing else could be done. Dont spend your money with this company, their customer service is terrible. Its disgusting that i spent around £300 on a hoverboard that was broke, and still is to some point as the axles are still not right. After waiting a month for the original repair we decided that how it is now will have to do.

There is absolutely no contact! I rang and was put on hold for 15mins and it says I was 1 in the queue then cut off. I’ve just received my phone bill and it cost me £17!!!! For the phone call that didn’t get answered!!! Do not ring 08443760025. No email response or chat. Really bad company.

I have bought two of these Hoover boards now as I had originally just bought one for my son and then my daughter wanted one too. They are great fun and sturdy enough for us parents to have a go too. The charge last really long too which is excellent! Great value for money and great fun for us all !!! Happy kids and happy parents!

Hoverkart is brilliant endless amount of fun for my 11 year old daughter its used daily and she loves it would definitely recommend all round 10/10

Ordered this as a complete set as was such a good deal during the black friday event. Wasnt disappointed, delivery was quick. Split it into the board and the go cart - one was for Christmas one for Birthday as close together. Really well made, nice and heavy, lasts a while on charge and great fun. Music through the speakers is good too. Lots of fun in this house by all sorts of ages. Would recommend one of these and especially with the go cart attachment for the younger ones. Wuuld also recommend getting it from GoHoverkart too

Very good... my son loves it! Had a couple of issues with the hoverboard and found the support very responsive and helpful and got everything sorted super fast for me. Would definately recommend.

Not even worth one star!! Absolutely diabolical service, and communication!!
Placed an order at the beginning of December, based on the reviews on here, and an automated email came through acknowledging the order and dpd ready to collect and deliver within a few days. nothing came through, so chased GoHoverkart quite extensively, and cutting a long story they couldnt tell they didn't have the order I wanted and tried to palm me off with alternatives, which I didn't want. They promised numerous times it was coming on several confirmed dates, but still no avail. Cancelled the order after being promised the earth it would be delivered on the Friday before Christmas, so I cancelled the order. Numerous emails (one way) about the return of monies and in the end based on all the radio silence, I had no choice but to threaten with legal action, to which they responded straight away. No even an apology in any of issues, which is shocking customer service!! Avoid like the plague!! Managed to get the same hoverkart from ETECHmotion with no fuss, the following day, and a courtesy call to make sure everything as it should be.
Just wish the bad reviews that seem to follow the same pattern as us, were not hidden on a different page on trustpilot. Coincidence?!?

Do not buy from go hoverkart or UK Segboards!!! Same company...
The hoverboard started to go wrong within the 12 month warranty period. It started to turn itself on and we could not turn it off. It was really noisy and keeping the whole house awake. After the first night and no quick response from gohoverkart "customer service" I undone some screws and disconnected the battery therefore making the warranty void....I am supposed to let it keep us and the neighbours awake for 2 to 3 nights until a response from "customer service"....
Now I am supposed to pay to return it and whatever the repair is even though it is still within warranty. Very bad "customer service ". I will get it repaired elsewhere knowing I will not get ripped off.

I ordered one of these for my nephew's birthday, he absolutely loves it. I would definitely order another one.... they was amazing when I had a problem they sorted it straight away for me.
