Dreadful company - don't use them. Hoverboard bundle was great, my son absolutely loved his Christmas present. It stopped after just a couple of weeks. Drawn out procedure to send it back (at my cost of £25), same unit returned to me and hey presto, it failed again after another couple of weeks, starting to slow down then stopped altogether. Now I'm expected to do it again. The customer service department is non existent, no phone communication only email. I've been fighting with them for months now to get a new unit or a refund and I've just had an email telling me I'm now outside the 6 month deadline! Handed over to my credit card to deal with them now :(

The Monster off road hoverboard we bought has been great. It did break down recently but we sent it off to the head office and they repaired it without any issues or fuss. They know how to repair these things so that has to be good.
The kart we bought with it is fun too, the kids love playing on it and it really changes the dynamics of use for the hoverboard.

Parts missing and instructions were terrible. Ruined my daughters birthday. Buy from someone else. I bought another one from Amazon and it's much better,

Bought it for my 6 year old daughter and she absolutely loves it! Great sound from speakers, easy Bluetooth link up and great battery life would highly recommend

Amazing product that my little one loves,?helps us when we go for a long dog walk, as she now doesn’t get tired legs 🤣.

Customer support is amazing as well, had a defect on the board we ordered, tried self help which didn’t solve the issue board sent back and returned in about 2 weeks working as before.

I purchased the Monster Suspension Hoverkart & 6.5’’ Bluetooth Hoverboard Hip Hop bundle as a birthday present for my 8 year old son.

I was very pleased with the speed of delivery of this item, it arrived within the stated time scale. Upon arrival there was some minor assembly and the Hoverkart was ready to go (Of course I had to check it by having a go myself haha)

On my sons birthday morning he was absolutely thrilled with the item and uses it all the time with no issue. One thing I have noticed is this model is actually easier to mount/dismount than other models because it self balances rather than driving away causing you to fall over.

Overall this Hoverkart is 5* in my opinion and would definitely recommend.

I wish that I had read these reviews before purchasing a hoverkart for my son's birthday.
The item broke down within the first three weeks and had to be returned.
The company then repaired the item only for it to breakdown almost immediately.
The item was returned for a second time, but it broke down again (different problem this time).
Item returned for second time. It then worked for about one month and broke down for a third time. I then asked for a refund and was told that it was not company policy, but that I could return it yet again and that gohoverkart would fix it.
It has now broken down for the fourth time and I am being charged to return the item. I don't hold up much faith.

Do not use this company. They will STEAL your money.
Purchased 2 karts from them, one worked fine the other is faulty.
Asked for a refund and they said to send it back at my cost. They merely just posted back still faulty.
Asked for a refund again and they have said they want to try and fix it again. Explained I just want a refund for the faulty product, which they aren't willing to do.
Will be contacting trading standards.
