A ferramenta superou minhas expectativas para uma high intent tool!

this business model drives me nuts. No notification for renewal and refusing to refund money upon a request

What a simple yet highly powerful tool to use.

The customer service guy (Edgardo) responded quickly to my email. He resolved it in a timely manner and I really enjoy using Gojiberry. The app itself is very easy to use. I'd recommend it to entrepreneurs new to cold outreach who want to scale their businesses. Great app.

A cold email went out under my full name, Landon Meyer, from a domain I have no connection to (beamconversation.com). The signature on the email literally reads "Landon Meyer, Goji berry ai." It was sent to a contact in my professional network, who recognized my name and forwarded it to me the same morning.

I reported it to Gojiberry with the sender address, subject line, recipient, and timestamp, plus a screenshot and my LinkedIn profile. Support's response: "there may simply be other people with the same name," and asked me to prove I was the one being impersonated. Their own brand name is in the email's signature.

I work in sales. My name is my livelihood. Instead of running a 30-second search of their own sending logs, they have deflected twice. If you use this tool, understand that your name can end up on emails you never wrote, and this is how they respond when it does.

The tool itself is very sophisticated and can be set up in a few minutes. The support team are prompt, friendly and super-helpful. I like the way Gojiberry allows a blend of fully AI and user-defined inputs. It is very flexible and allows each campaign to be refined after launch. I had a free online meeting to answer my questions and that was a great help and confidence boost. First campaigns (less than 1 week old) are working as expected with very positive results.
