Good support from the team, they do care about their people

I completed a 7-day trial period in good faith. During this time, I was not convinced by the quality of the leads. Therefore, I canceled the trial account within the specified timeframe. The cancellation was accepted, but the monthly fee was still charged. The explanation given was that the invoice had already been issued and could not be reversed. The reason for this is that the invoice had already been generated before the end of the seventh day. My impression is that because I had filed a dispute with PayPal, they didn’t want to deal with the refund. Be careful about what is promised. It seems they don’t take it very seriously, and it ends up costing you money.
