Golden Valley Plants Reviews

I just want to add that this company, that I just recently purchased some Dahlias from, are amazing and true to their word. I ordered 3 and they were phenomenal even though they are obviously posted in card board boxes. Could not believe the quality and standard I received them in. Thank you Sally, their customer support was exceptional. Had a slight issue with one as when it flowered it was yellow, which was not what I ordered, albeit it was beautiful and they have sent me another plant which will hopefully be a Dahlia Sunrise. No quibble. I would highly recommend purchasing from this company. I very rarely write reviews bad, good or indifferent, but in one week experienced two different experiences.

Great quality plants which were so carefully packaged too. Great communication too letting me know there had been a change to the order to increase the size of the plants at no extra cost.Plants are mature and doing well.

Beautiful plants. First class service, packaging and product. Highly recommended all round.

Fantastic healthy bare root roses . Communication of Nicola was 5 star 🌟
I shall Definetly buy more roses from golden valley and would recommend to all .

As novice gardeners we were very unsure of which types of plants & flowers we needed but the Golden Valley Plants website was really clear and easy to use to help us find bundles of plants that do well in shaded areas vs sunnier. On top of this, we felt the customer service by Sally was excellent. She helped us to decipher which plant was which from our 15+ that arrived and she also resolved a minor issue very quickly. Great company, will definitely use again in the future.

I ordered two geums, a hardy geranium, a scabiosa and a veronica of varying pot sizes from Golden Valley Plants in March '24. The plants arrived in good packaging and were very healthy - the soil looked good quality which is something I have not found to always be the case with online plant orders.

After planting everything continued to grow well and nearly everything is in flower two months later (the geranium will not bloom for a little while in my area). I have already recommended this company to friends and will definitely be ordering from them again.

What a wonderful company (and I don’t say that lightly). I spoke to Nicola and she couldn’t have been more helpful. She made sure that the rose I ordered as a special gift was delivered on the right day. The rose arrived and I have been told it is beautiful!

Just spoke to Nicola very helpful
Nice to have a good experience when buying something

My new plants are beautiful, healthy, make me speechless. They much better than I sow in other garden centres.. I can add only quick delivery, value for money and rapid respond from customer services with any questions.
Thank you.

I ordered a plant which arrived in a rather battered and unwell condition. Nicola immediately followed up as she could see from the courier's photo that it was damaged when it arrived, and totally unprompted, sent me a new plant, free of change! Excellent customer service and I will be buying again from this company!

I am delighted that I found you! Your plants are superb, and packed so well.
I can recommend you very highly, and have told all my gardening friends about you.
You are excellent. I would like to award you 10/10!

Ordered plants online. Came quickly without any damage. Extremely good, large and healthy plants. Highly recommended.

“I recently found Golden Valley Plants online and placed an order for some Hellebores. When they arrived I was so very impressed not only by the quality of the plants but the care taken to package them for a safe delivery. Since this initial order I've had one more delivery of various perennials, also one more order placed for delivery next week.
Exceptional quality plants, fantastic customer service. Highly recommended
