Ordered the appraisal kit and it showed up quickly and it was quite professional. I was a bit nervous to be honest, so I sent in a couple of items as a test and the rest of the experience was excellent. Dropped the package at FedEx and a few days later I had a fair offer followed by payment. I plan to send in another package soon.

THIEVES and LIARS! After waiting weeks for them to return my belongings, and not getting replys back from them after i emailed them 5 times i finally write a bad review and they emailed me demanding i take my bad review down and that USPS had lost my package but they recovered it like some heroes, and will send my belongings back to me for the "2nd time" if i take my review down..... LIARS straight up do not send this company anything!! They steal from you and then lie to you about sending your stuff back! This was 3 months ago and i never got my belongings back.

Sent jewelry to them in October of 2024. They sent me an email saying it wasn’t worth anything. I asked for it to be returned per their policy. It’s now February of 2025 and I have not received anything. I’ve emailed multiple times and called three numbers that they list as theirs. One number was disconnected, another went straight to voicemail and the number listed here in TrustPilot for them takes you to a scammy type Medicare B line. I’m thinking they basically stole $1200 worth of gold from me.
