Kyle, we are sorry for the delay in payment. As mentioned previously, you provided incorrect payment information, and the payment bounced back. Then, when you gave the correct info, we paid you right away. I would appreciate it if you changed the review since it was taken care of.

Easy process and quick response
Easy process and quick response. Each piece is itemized and priced. I was happy with what was offered and the turnaround on payment was great. If you are not happy with the offer - they return the items. I was skeptical at first - but ended up sending in more items.

Trustworthy and Pay the Most
I was needing some extra money for my son’s medical bills. I checked pretty much everywhere locally, before deciding to check with Gold to Cash. They had the highest offer for my 14k gold items. Easy to work with, and fast response time via email with any questions I had.
Would definitely recommend, and use in the future if I ever have another unexpected expense.

The process was fast and easy
The process was fast and easy. Whoever isn't using this service to sell their gold is truly missing out. I got paid the day I accepted my offer. The only thing I would change is the phone presentation. When I called, it sounded like someone at a residential address answered. Maybe try an official phone greeting to sound more commercial. Other than that, everything was wonderful!
