Excellent Customer care. I had a small issue with and order but they contacted my immediately to offer support. Very satisfied with the Customer Service

Dealt with rob the director, very professional and accommodating. Didn’t have the best experience due to the courier but rob was incredibly helpful and did all he could. I would recommend this company!
Very disappointing experience from the beginning.
Subpar customer service. I would recommend using a more customer oriented business.
Advertised that an item was in stock on the website(still is advertised as in stock but with a note beside stating that an in stock item will require 3-4 weeks). Item is not in stock and has to be shipped from the manufacturer.
Communication is minimal at best until you leave a review. Then everything is suddenly important.
Keep in mind, this was not a $100 order. Ordered a $6,000+ launch monitor.

Rarely have I experienced customer service at this level.
Not only did the Golf Simulator work as promised, but the setup was intuitive, and the video made it easier.
At all times along the way, GolfBays was responsive and helpful. The above and beyond customer service was that when the screen could not be found, GolfBays send a representative on a flight from England to Germany with another one. That truly is providing customer service beyond expectations. I can only recommend GolfBays to anyone who is looking for a Golf simulator for home or for work.

Honestly, the experience has been perfect. I had some issues with delivery and Jack was extremely helpful. We prototype golf tech so we buy a lot of tech from across Golf vendors, so it's nice to work with fast companies when things get mixed up.

I had ordered a SimBox enclosure through a third party reseller for a planned event, but delievery was no longer guaranteed. I sent an email to Golfbays and 2 hours later I received a call from Rob stating that my Simbox was in stock and I could have it it 3 days. The SimBox arrived in 3 days :-)
