Really pleased with the sofa and delivery was fairly quick. Disappointed with the delivery experience as the delivery men said they don’t assemble, they’re simply couriers. I pointed out they state on their website they they do assemble so they said they’d call the company and then confirmed would assemble. They said don't remove packaging but again it does state on the website that they do but I let that one go. I’m not convinced they did call the company, it was a very quick call with barely any conversation. I feel they knew they were to assemble it and remove the packaging. Shame, this type of thing takes the the shine off what’s a good value piece of kit.

Ordered the large cream cloud boucle corner sofa with armchair at the beginning of 2026. It came within around 3 weeks at around 8 at night. Delivery drivers were helpful and brought in to my living room but did cause a few scrapes and material is hard to clean.
This sofa is absolutely huge but came in modular pieces so fit through doors fine. Took some getting used to the size as my room is narrow, The corner part is a big foot stool that doesn’t attach anywhere and I had to send that part back but they were great about this and collected and made me a custom sized footstool for no extra cost and re delivered within a few weeks, communication was always really good and done over WhatsApp. 6 months or so after buying I asked if I could order a replacement cover for a seat cushion due to water marks from a spill and not daring to wash in the machine. They sent this free of charge after which I washed the old cover in the machine on a cool delicates wash and it came out perfect after air drying on a rail. Love my sofa, it’s very comfy but does need plumping up every few days due to feathers. Looks stunning. Overall a good experience with really good customer service and lovely top end product! Would buy from them again!

Been about a year since we ordered our sofa. When it first arrived, we realised the cushions were quite hard and they also had a fair amount of imperfections (stains, marks, paint/pen) we thought the cushions would break in so we left it a good few months (6 ish months) we was then starting to get backache from just sitting on the sofa so he contacted them and asked to get some softer filling for the cushions. This was originally quoted at £300, we also mentioned previously the imperfections on the sofa and no response was had. The new cushions arrived after many delivery issues, push backs and many follow-ups as the company did not reach out to update us. The cushions we received were very mismatched with the amount of materials in each cushion, someone was extremely soft where you’d sink in and others were soft but supportive.
At this point, we gave up with contacting the company back because of the amount of effort that it took to get these replacements and also the fact they made us pay for the replacements after they firstly arrived with imperfections and nothing was even offered as a goodwill gesture.
(No exaggeration sitting on the original cushions was like sitting on the floor with a blanket under you)
We ordered the five seater module “Hatch” i believe it’s called.

Overall, not thrilled, especially because we paid 1600.
Customer service was 2* out of 5*
Quality of sofa was 2* out of 5*

A year later and we’re selling the sofa because we hate it so much (even with the replacements)
so definitely wouldn’t recommend.

I wasn't sure this company was genuine when I found them online, I wondered about their ability to make sofas to custom sizes within 1-2 weeks at incredible prices, but they are the real deal.

Adam in their customer service team was super responsive and helpful in giving me a sketch of my custom sizing. The delivery team kept us informed and then installed everything on arrival.

I'm so happy with my new sofa, wish I could add photos to show how gorgeous it is. Absolutely recommend GoLounge for anyone looking for a new sofa. We were looking at Loaf originally and instead got an incredible sofa for about a third of the price. Very happy customer.

From start to finish I had a great experience with my sofa order. After checking in on whether they could do a custom size u shaped sofa to fit our awkward living room they came back to me immediately on WhatsApp. I ordered last week and it came last night! Delivery was a little late in the evening but when I checked in again on WhatsApp at 9pm he had the delivery driver call me straight away to update me on their ETA. Stellar service from end to end, can't believe I got such a high quality sofa at such a great price in just over a week!!! We spent ages searching and couldn't find anything at a fair price with a good range of fabrics and to fit our space in a decent delivery time. Ticks all the boxes for me! Thanks once more!

After ordering our sofa a week ago it arrived today . (Wednesday ) true to the website. I was blown away with the service and quality of the workmanship Lounge have provided. The sofa looks lovely in our living room and fits perfect to the measurement I requested. Adam provides a fantastic customer service . Delivery guys were brilliant have a great work ethic and very polite. I have no problem at all in ordering from them again or passing details on . Thank you to All.

Well, I was a little sceptical about how I could get a custom made sofa delivered in 10 days at a more than reasonable price, but lo and behold that’s exactly what happened! A fabulous quality sofa, made to measure.
Had a slight challenge with delivery (van breakdown) but communication was second to none and the delivery was rescheduled to the following day.
Customer service has been fabulous all the way through! Highly recommended!

Sent a message on a Sunday evening (12 days ago) and received a reply 20 minutes later. Adam was polite and very helpful. Talked about the sofa I was looking for. Paid the deposit and he said I should receive a call in 2 weeks to make arrangements for delivery. Was really worried about quality or even being scammed. Got the call yesterday and the sofa was delivered today at 3pm. I’m so happy. Quality is great and guys from delivery super helpful. Really pleased with the sofa. Actually better than expected.

I am so pleased with my cozy modular sofa received on Saturday.
Initially I wasn’t happy as there were a few adjustments required but the customer care has been amazing and they were happy to accommodate in the changes with no problems at all.
They were extremely fair and helpful in making sure I was happy with my purchase.
Overall I’m impressed with the quality and comfort of my new sofa and would be happy to recommend Go Lounge to others.

I normally don’t buy online but after many days search I came across go lounge, read reviews and decided to go for it, had my cloud 3 seater corner sofa delivered with in a week and the quality is perfect. The cream colour and the material is just next level.

If I am honest I really didn’t know what to expect when ordering this sofa in regards to quality and also comfort. Thankfully it arrived and we were very impressed! We went for the bishop u shaped and I had to have it made slightly smaller than the standard size which was no issue. I also asked for a footstall to fill the middle so we could make it into a cinema sofa as a when we wanted. This was no issue at all. I got a call to ask how I wanted the footstall to be made as they are generally square so there would be a gap as the bishop u curves slightly. I asked if they could make one to fit exact and I was happy to pay extra and the manufacturers confirmed this was possible so that was what I went for and it came and was perfect. The delivery was 3 weeks so a week over what it should but that was fine given the backwards and forwards sorting the footstall. My only criticism would be the back seats clip together but the two u bits just butt up without a clip so they do move around. It would have been good if they also clipped just so they stayed in place. Also the cushions which came with the sofa were a bit basic and firm but to be honest we went for the full back and I didn’t know it came with any so I have just used ones I had purchased from a different shop 😊.
But quality and service were great!

We ordered a sofa in got told a delivery date the date was changed twice more. When they turned up to deliver our sofa it was one man in a pair of flip flops. He damaged our new flooring dragging it along it was 300 pound to get fixed in go lounge ignored all my texts afterwards. Weve used m sofas in past and there a better company in our opinion

They went above and Beyond to ensure we were happy with our order. Our sofa is beautiful and exactly what we wanted. Communication was excellent and they also sent a sample to us. After looking online for a new sofa I come across go lounge. The Sloane 4 seater jumped out at me but I didn’t want to jump
In buy without seeing it in person so I drove to Blackburn from Liverpool after chatting with the owner of the warehouse who welcomed me to look around . Well to say I was blown away is an understatement at the quality of the sofa so I bought 2 x 4 seater Sloane sofas in beige they even made it 20cm longer for free for me that’s how good these guys are . From start to finish 2 weeks to make and deliver everything on time regular updates via wattsapp nothing but professionals right through the process no questions where to much trouble fast replies all the time . The sofa has just been delivered OMG it is absolutely huge super comfy and the price is madness don’t know how they can make sofas at this low price for the quality is unbelievable! We were looking at one very similar in sofa club which was £3200 this Sloane is as good if not better for under half the price. Trust me when I tell you that Go lounge are superior sofa makers don’t hesitate to buy from this wonderful company you won’t be disappointed. Me and my mrs are over the moon with ours !
