Goodfirms Reviews 

The account registration cannot be completed because they don't send a verification letter. My submission is pending for weeks. Support never replies. And the most funny thing - there is no way to delete the account..

I'm going to echo what Elle Tea said--this company grabbed our info, created a profile without our consent and then reached out to our customers again, without our consent.

Garbage site.

This company is a scam. They listed our company without our permission AND reached out to our customer base without our permission, in a way that was highly misrepresentative - making our customers think that we approved of them.

And there is NO way to remove the listing on your own.

If you're thinking of doing a review for them, do NOT give them your information despite their 'claims' of giving away free items for a review. They're a scam.

GoodFirms is highly recommended by me to all the business owners, Who are looking for the best software for their business needs. They have very well vetted out and trustworthy reviews.

I created my company and cannot edit it. I reached the support, they replied me once, I asked one more question and they ended the chat. I reached them twice again and no reply received.
Now I'm trying to remove my company and my account information from their site hoping they are GDPR compliant. But these 'tryings' unfortunately also not strict and quick.

Stumbled upon them while researching some b2b software reviews. The reviews where clear and concise yet delivered all the information I needed. Went for a few listed solutions and am quite happy with them till date. Had no issues whatsoever writing my own customer reviews either. All in all, based on my experience Goodfirms is one of the best software review and rating sites out there. Great listings and great companies to work with. Definitely Recommended!!

Scam company. All the hallmarks of an Indian coding factory. Listed my business without asking me, and now they’re spamming me. I’ve had click throughs from their website, but they’ve ALL been from India, from people wanting me to outsource business to them. Avoid.

GoodFirms has a great place for business leads. and its support very well within a 24 hours response time. I recommend it for business growth.

False reviews for companies, be careful.
Very bad experience with companies rated almost 5. I tried to rate it bad but the site is not showing my review.

This is a scam website that falsely acts on behalf of businesses/companies without their request or consent. My business (which is no longer open) is on this site, and I've never requested or given them permission to advertise on my behalf. I am not and have never been affiliated with GoodFirms, but their website makes it look like I am. I've requested twice now for GoodFirms to remove the listing about me, but the "customer service" there neglects to reply or complete my request. Do NOT trust anything on this site. It's a scam.

I purchased one Subscription plan From this company Website for Marketing my Business Listing and they are even not Start my subscription plan, I am waiting for their support team but they are not available and its 48 hours now, please do not Purchase any Subscription from Goodfirms it's a big scam very bad experience

Shady spammers

This company that looks like a legitimate IT firm, doesn't look like it is, at all. It sends spam en masse, does not answer any contacts, and although is present on fb/linkedin/everywhere, seems to be some shady data collector and spammer. Don't let the facade fool you.
