This company stands by what they do...
The mattress on which we spend a large portion of our time is a critical component of our lives, and this company takes that seriously. Around Mid-August I posted an unfavorable review of our Douglas Queen Mattress with which we were not at all happy and which I am now very happy to take down. Douglas (GoodMorning) Customer Service responded promptly to our concerns, addressed the issues, and provided an excellent solution. Their generous handling of our situation showed some of the best Customer Service/Care I’ve seen. Their product may not have been right for me, but this company stands by what they do.

Juno was perfectly fine to deal with
Juno was perfectly fine to deal with. My complaint is that the shipping company lost track of the order for several days. This is out of Juno's hands but should be noted.
