The purchase process was a smooth easy process.

I reordered supplies of the rat catcher which was good.

However let me tell you while I have the opportunity- I hate using your web site, you have so much blasted information- videos, instructions, stories etc, etc etc on every page I click I can NEVER find anything I am looking for easily- In your case More is Less cheers

Products are sturdy and easy to install. I had a problem with one, a plastic shroud on the inside must have been loose as it shattered on first use (it is a circular piece of black plastic which is above the firing bolt near the bait), but must have slipped down. The screws for mounting are soft metal and do not allow removal, so use perma pine screws instead.

Product arrived on time. The company has provided excellent tips and support on using the device at optimum function. Despite rat droppings being around, the rats have not yet nibbled the tags, i need to move them somewhere else, so have yet to put trap in place and start using it.

Great product. We have two set up on our acreage and in a couple of weeks have caught 4 rats. Looking forward to catching more now that I have ordered some lure to attract the older, more wise rats! Very clear instructions on how to set up traps and maximise the number of kills and avoid killing other non target species.

Outstanding trap! I trapped 6 mice today. It was done humanly and I didn’t have to touch the mouse to empty the trap and I don’t have to reset the trap for another 14 trappings.
Ordering is easy and the replacement canisters are a very reasonable price. This trap has been an absolute investment and it’s paying off! No Mousey pantry, no cleaning mouse poo, gets the mice outside before they try and get in. Highly recommend!

This trap has worked reasonably well. The peanut butter should work a treat as the rats around here seem to love it.
Just a word of warning to new users, things can get quite bloody!

Three star review of the product driven by the attractiveness of the ALP I originally bought, noting I have also made and used other baits (I can send you the frustrating photos of the rat(s) walking past the A23 (and my baited cage trap)! Success of late killing a few mice with a lump of cheese in the bait head!
I took up the offer you emailed me as a previous customer but the same email was not recognised as I tried to change my password (couldn't remember it here at the office). I ordered 2 gas cartridges thinking the two free would be added to my order, but instead they were made free so I had to go back and add two additional gas cartridges to add benefit to the postage and ordering.
Original gas cartridge did not do 23 kills/uses as per the A23 name. Second cartridge didn't last a month and maybe 3 kills as a mouse was found dead and maggoty jammed with its head in the bait section stuck beside the trigger and on removal the gas that was left was lost from the cylinder. I was wondering why I wasn't killing any of the mice, or the rat, on camera!
Also CHIRP appears to no longer work and I assume the battery has already died (I only linked a few times). I am finding it is not as easy to buy (in Coles supermarkets) as other comparative button batteries. I will try Battery World.
Mentioned the A23 and showed my dead rat photos to a colleague after a meeting on Monday - so expect an order.
