Don't bother, they don't care. I moved from Ro to GoodRX for my Wegovy prescription. They were so excited to take my money and get it filled and I repeatedly said I'm already on it in the questionnaire and with chat support. I was ignored and prescribed the starting dose when it should be 1mg. I immediately told her in the chat that wasn't the right dose since I'm already on it. I was ignored. I tried to chat back in, I called, I called again, I chatted again. I was assured it would be corrected before it shipped and it was flagged and I would be on 1mg. The only follow-up message I got from a prescriber was yesterday when they asked for proof of my current prescription. I said sure, where can I upload it? No response. Then I was charged for the .25mg dose and it shipped. Don't waste your money on their program, once they have your credit card details they don't care about you. Go with Costco or another service. I'm going to be sharing this with my thousands of followers on social media as well and give them a heads up to avoid this headache.

I did a telehealth visit for UTI treatment. It took a very long time to connect with a provider and she did not ask me any questions about my symptoms, she simply prescribed a medication and sent it to my pharmacy. I asked a follow up question and did not receive a response. I completed the medications prescribed yet my symptoms persisted. I then went to an urgent care facility and was told the medication prescribed by goodrx is ineffective and I was prescribed a different medication. I endured pain for over a week because the treatment prescribed by goodrx was not effective. I assumed that completing all meds prescribed would result in clearing the UTI but it didn’t. I will not be using goodrx again.

This is a terrible app. I have a prescription that I take and it’s not listed with my regular prescriptions. When I go to refill the prescription, it’s not there.
When you leave a review on their app. It requires a nickname. Unfortunately any nickname that you put in, “Has already been used.” Therefore it will not let you proceed with your review. Very clever way to avoid negative reviews. I wish Medicap would do better, for their customers, and get a better app.

I got GLP-1 medication via GoodRx and I have a medical background. I was shocked how problematic their online support was and it's almost dangerous for some patients in need.
- Their coupon was denied by my local pharmacy even though GoodRx sent the prescription themselves (e.g. wegovy). It can cost patients >$1000 dollars
- I contacted them 5 times via their online message system for delivery options. Got no real replies for my 3rd, 4th, and 5th message so far.
- I forwarded an email to their default support email and after 3 days, they said my prescription belongs to another department. Imagine if this prescription is for heart attack or stroke?
Their support team should be reviewed by their internal management before patients get hurt.

Totally disappointed with GoodRX
Totally disappointed with GoodRX. Not reliable and dealing with overseas customer service is a nightmare. I repeatedly asked for a US representative and was told they were unable to transfer me.

Walgreens does not guarantee the acceptance of coupons. I have a coupon that would lower the price of my medicine to $48 at Walgreens, but I was informed that they cannot accept the coupon for that amount; the price would be over $100.

I've had a gold membership with GoodRx for over a year and in that time I have never been able to fill a prescription or refill without it becoming some massive time-consuming headache. I'm currently trying to get a refill and its been over a week of leaving emails everyday, voicemails everyday, calling customer service every day, comments in the message center everyday, and nothing...my pharmacy requested a refill verification almost two weeks ago, no one at GoodRx has responded and I can't get my refill.

Horrible experience with this company. I paid for a Telehealth visit only to be told to go be seen in person. I replied to the provider with my medical history and they NEVER responded back to provide care and completely ignored me. I would never recommend GoodRx to anyone. I ended up cancelling my membership.

Paying for weight loss membership. They started me on a GLP-1, but I can't get them to provide a refill. They're telling me it could be 10-14 business days. They are backed up and someone will prescribe eventually. I'll be out of medication by then. Calling for customer service is a nightmare. The agents transfer you around until the call drops.

Terrible telehealth customer support. You cannot get hold with anyone. the only way is via their text messaging. Customer support answers quickly but they cannot do anything. They are not able to connect with the telehealth team. I signed up for the Wygovy pills. They charged my card the $39 monthly subscription. I have not received my prescription for the pills. I called telehealth support. NO CAN DO. CANNOT GET HOLD OF ANYONE.
